[Resolved]  Karbonn A9+ — Mobile problem But No solution

Dear sir, I have bought Karbonn A9+ on July 11, 2013. After some days it occurs a problem when i got cal i couldn't receive it because phone goes hang. I Went to service center 2-3 times But every time they formats it and return me back. I also told them to change battery because of low charging problem But every time they told me that batteries will come after 20 days. Now in December 2013, 6 months would be passed away and after that they will seek money for changing accessories like battery.still they are not exchanging my battery..Please do something otherwise Tell me if i would have to lodge a complaint against then in consumer court
