Karbonn A9+ — Karbonn service center poor response & poor services

Dear Team, I want to inform you about poor services of Karbonn Mobile Company. They have poor customer service center and services. I deposited Karbonn A9+ Mobile to service center on 17-August-2013 due to On Off button issue in mobile, Service center owner (KrishnaMobile , Sanjay-[protected]) told me its having motherboard issue so it will be send to delhi for restoration and it will take 45 days for restoration. There is only On Off button issue in mobile but they take lots of time without proper information. 10 days have been left and my mobile still at Karbonn custody for resolution. I have putted 2 mails to Karbonn Company. I want to know how much time they will take for this minor issue and if they cannot resolve my problem at earlier so return my money. (I mentioned service center & deposit slip detail below, also attached file) Service Center Detail:- Name- Shri Krishna Mobile Address- Julelal Mandir, Madhoganj , Lashkar , Gwalior Contact No.- Sanjay- [protected],[protected] Job Sheet No.- KJASPMP088813K90 Model – Karbonn A9 Plus Kindly help me for early resolution of this case because many days have been left and it’s very difficult to manage without mobile. Dear Karbonn Team,

This is to brought in your notice that 16 days have been gone and I did not find any satisfactory response over the quarry when I will get my Mobile repaired.
It is very Hard to believe that there is no timeframe for Customer complaint resolution and after even for small complaint resolution
In this age of competency and throne cutting age it is hard to believe such a negligence of customer complaint is being done by a fast growing company

Since I am working as a service engineer in a multinational manufacturing unit hence frequent communication is part of my job and without mobile now it has become very hard to me to manage my routine job activity also I cannot go to buy a new mobile since I don’t know how much time will be taken by Karbonn to repair.

Now I am completely feeling very said for buying a Karbon Mobile
And also decided to file a complaint against the poor Customer care that why I am sending you a Legal Notice at your registered Address and seek your response within 5 days otherwise I am bound to file a official complaint in Consumer Court
