Karbonn A9+ — regarding 3g data

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a mobile on 17.03.2013 (Karbonn A9+). There was an offer for customer i.e.

Customer Offer:- 500 MB of 3G data per month and unlimited data usage, for 6 months. Valid for both prepaid and postpaid.

Note:- my data has been finished on 18.04.2013 and till date no data received from bhart airtel and than i called to customer care regarding the same than he said that u will get your data within 48 hours but till date no data has been received. Thereafter, i called to customer care regarding the same than my call had been disconnected & blocked my mobile number for calling to customer care again.

Kindly take my complaint seriously and solve my problem as soon as possible.
