Karbonn — fed up karbonn service | |||
I bought karbonn A12* smart phone 8 month back from flipkart online shopping and I faced the mobile is automatic shut down and aircel sim is not working. I Poblem, that time they told that phone have software problem and they reload new software at the same time and gave me my handset to me, but after few day I find again the same problem and I revisited the same service center and handover my handset to service center boy. After checking my handset they told there is a mather board problem and you need to replace new mother board. I handed my handset to the service center boy on 29 april 2014 and they told me they will replace it by next week. I did many calls to their service center but they every time told me it will take more time and we will let you know by call. I waited more than 1month 16 days but they did not reply after frustration I am writing this letter to you. now i file a complaint national consumer helpline.my reference number 603576 So, I am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolve the problem. My name is satyajit kumar and my job sheet no.0406J1976 and my handset IMEI NO. is [protected]/[protected]. I also want to you please give some instruction to service center to repair my handset..
