Karbonn Mobiles — A new mobile with default in speaker

Sir I purchased a new mobile (karbonn titanium s5 ultrra) from E-bay with manufacture warranty. when i opened thee mobile box, i found that speaker of mobile phone do not working. Then i go to karbonn authorised customer care centre at trupati mobile centre, Business tower opposite vivekanand aashram, Rajkot. On this service centre, authorised person reply in very misbehavior manner and say that i am not provide service for Ebay seller mobile.My personal mail id and mobile number are mention below for confirm my complaint status.My mobile no.[protected] & mail id .[protected]@gmail.com
