I purchased Titanium S2Plus mobile on[protected] from reliance digital, subzi mandi, delhi vide receipt no. 7547. the battery was faulty and i had to deposit the battery with M/s Vinayak Enterprises, shivaji street, karol bagh, new delhi on[protected] vide Job Sheet No.KJASPDL086615KR34114. they said that it will take 10-15 days to replace the faulty battery. Now, it is almost a month they have not replaced the faulty battery. the staff is rude and arrogant when we visited the service centre and do not receive phone when called nor do they inform on phone when it will be replaced. this is the worst after sales service i have experienced for any mobile company and regret buying Karbonn mobile. I advise every one - You can buy any indian made mobile but Do Not Buy Karbonn Mobile. you will regret their after sale service if you are unlucky like me.

    Hi, I had purchased a cell phone Karbonn Titanium S19
    IMEI/ESN 1: [protected]
    IMEI/ESN 2: [protected].

    The phone had a defect & used to get overheated everytime I used it, so I submitted it in authorized service center for Karbonn in Sai Telecom Pune on 26th Feb 2015. I got a call from service center on 6th May 2015 that my cell phone has come back from karbonn head officebut the problem still exists so we will have to resend it to Karbonn head office to rework on it. Since then its been more than 5 months now & still there is no proper action taken by Karbonn despite I sending them follow up mails. I have a complete mail trail of communication. I am now fed up of following up & requesting them for a call from authorized person & also informed that I will raise this issue to consumer court, still they are keeping my phone with..     I want to file charges against Karbonn for negligence & mental harassment by provinding me with refund and should also compensate me for all the haraassment and they fgave from last 5 months.

      Good day Purchased A108plus on 29/April/2015 @ trivandrum ;found charge was not holding well on usage. So i handed over for a check on 23rd May 2015 @ Karbonn service centre ( United care - West Tambaram - Chennai ) They checked & confirmed that it was a problem related to board & hence it needs replacement- it would take 2-3 weeks to get the replacement set from company.I was enquiring since mid of June but till date there is no propoer response. Last visit there was on 11th where they gave a written commitment in the job Sheet as 16th. I Went on 16th july. They showed an old A108 model (Which had a damage in the cover as well in the front panel ) & quoted that this was the replacement just received against my complaint.I refused to take it & Asked them to get the same model with the pack sealed. is the way Karbonn team treats customers? If you are in this place, will you accept an old one with damages? I want the repalcement (NEW mobile) within next 5 working days else please refund double the cost that i have paid for this mobile by an ATPAR CHEQUE in my name K.A.Saravanan Hope you would treat this as urgent

        I purchase a karbonn octane mobile when i purchase it good to use but after that I have problem of wi fi bluetooh and charging so i submitted the mobile in service center they given the mobile after 1 and half month after that i have problem with mice again i submitted the mobile on 12/06/2015 till date i cant get the mobile job sheet no is KJASPMH212615KR31010 so i request to extended the warranty period of the mobile please reply and contact

          I purchased Karbonn mobile Model Titanium S99 model on 30 Jan 2015 and in April I recognize some spot in the screen. So I submit my phone in Karbonn service center on 4 May-2015 ( Job Sheet No. - kjaspup360515k12718 ) with some other problems in it like : 1) Spot on the screen. 2) Charging problem ( as it last for only 1 hr ) 3) Network problem ( it not receive any network in room ) 4) Heating problem ( when surfing internet, battery heated) Firstly they try to handover it back only repairing charging problem, but when I show them screen, they submit it again. Then after more then 2 months i.e on 9 July-2015, they again try to handover phone . But this time they changed screen but with defective screen, as I caught same spot in screen but this time in other location. So I submitted it again but this time they open new Job sheet (New Job Sheet No. - KJASPUP360715KR14518 ). Again yesterday they try to handover phone, but when I checked phone surprisingly this time also screen is changed with defective screen as it also have same type of spot in different place. But this time staff trying to convince me that this spot is not a problem. This type of spot I will find in every Karbonn phone. If this is not a problem then why service engineers sitting in center submitted my phone in very first time. Why not they tell me at that time. Well I again submitted my phone their for repair Kindly look into the matter.

              I am attaching the copy of the complaint sent to karbonn mobiles. I had given my mobile on[protected]Karbonn S5i IMEINO.[protected]) to ASCENT TECH, Ambattur, Chennai-600053 for repair and there were two problems with my mobile, they were 1) Receiver problem and 2)Camera lens problem, earlier was rectified (JOB NO.KUASCTN023J295) and closed the Job sheet with out attending the later one. And, I had been contacting the respective service center for the rest of the work. They opened fresh Job card vide JOB NO. KUASCTN023J416 for the problem in camera on[protected]. And, they did not rectify so far and replying that the spare has not been supplied from your side. Hence, I request you to make necessary arrangement for available of the spare at an early. Other wise, exchange the new handset, if the same model not available refund the amount at an early date.

                My cell phone karbonn titanium s2 plus was submitted in gayatri enterprises opp of ashirwad chiwdawala, delli gate, ahmednagar but they are said that my senior's are on leave, resign many others reasons they told me bt my cell phone was not repair. I submitted my mobile form 9th of may to till date my cell phone not provided you'r company i m sorry to say but i can't buy karbonn mobiles again, You'r company is not able to solve my cell phone issue in there max 2 month's when i was calling your tellicaller say's pls wait 10 to 15 days bt you not provided service from 2 months. That was my last cell phone from karbonn my colleagues also not buy your company phone's.

                  I had purchased KARBONN SMART A12 STAR (IMEI No. [protected] & [protected]) on 27th August 2014 from Flipkart.com

                  1st Job No. G844J6421
                  2nd Job No. G844J6711
                  3rd Job No. G844J7401
                  4th Job No. G844J7453
                  5th Job No. G844J8331 - 13th May 2015
                  6th Job No. G844J8499 - 30th May 2015 handed over and got after two months i.e. on 7th July and but problem still persists...

                  3 to 4 Months Phone was operating in good condition but after that i noticed Battery was draining from 60% to 0% and then phone gets switched off ...

                  I had shown this fault to Karbonn Service Center and they gave me Job number and kept phone for about 20 days and gave back phone to me saying for they had repaired this phone and now problem will not come but again after 10 days i observed same problem ...

                  I again complained to Karbonn Service Center and they repeated all above activity again .. but after 10 days problem of Battery Darning persists ...

                  I am really very much fed up as since 8 Months passed and every 15 days i have to visit Karbonn Care Center for this phone ...

                  So i request you to please help ...

                      I purchase karbonn mobile on 02.02.15 by online. A-11, star smart IMEI No. [protected]. After few days the touch screen is auto working.For this problem I deposit my hand set at nearest service center M/s MOBI CARE, OFFICE : 1A, Nandan bagan street, Kolkata-700004.                         Dear Sir, I purchased the above said Model of Mobile on 24/05/2015. Since I purchased, I have number of problems: 1. Battery is very quickly empty as soon as I keep the mobile data on. 2. Contacts are frequently deleted automatically. 3. Occasionally mobile is heated while talking or while charging. 4. Inward voice is not clear. 5. Download speed is very slow even in WiFi.6. Dialer stops occasionally. 6. and Many More... I am of the strong view that the Handset is defected right from the begining, Please arrange to: a) Replace the hand set with a perfect one or b) Refund the amount spend on the Handset.                           Sir i had a very bad experience with you companies service as i had bought a new phone karbonn macho one on 7 june 2015, firstly their was some problem in the motherboard of the new phone secondly i had given this phone to service center since 30th of june 2015 and every time i go to the service center they say me to come by next monday and i am so much frustrated by this now i am sending the photo of my bill and the photo of service center receipt. Please take a action on it or i will have to go for consumer court. Hope for justice.

                            My karbon mobile octane plus is under warranty and the same is having charging problem I have given my handset to Shree Mobile Services center at Alibag (revdanda) on 30 may 2015 vide job sheet no: "KJASPMH536515KR212" . I have been told by the service center that my mobile will get repaired with in the 15 days of time .After 15 days when i contacted to shree mobile center then i come to know that they have not yet received the required parts from the company .They told me to raise the complaint with karbon customer service by referring the job Sheet No. I have several times called to Karbon customer services and every time I am getting the same response that please wait for 10 days because the required parts is not available.They told us that we will forward your compliant to the senior executive and accordingly they will arrange to send the required parts to the service center. Till date my mobile is not get repaired and i am continuously making follow up with the customer service and not getting any positive response from them.                               this company is manipulating me last one and half month giving excuses parts is not available . even i asked him if parts is not available then replace my cell phone but they are always giving the assurance sir u wait last 10 days ur parts will be available but after 10 if i m calling him he is giving me the same excuse to wait next 10 days and in sense i am following him now more then 45 days are over but i haven't get my phone repaired by this company please help me how i will get back my repaired phone . what step should i take ??? is any forum who can listen my problem and help me ???

                                I am having cell model No. Karbonn A 11 star purchase from Flipkart 5-6 months ago but, it creates problem. I also contacted to service center Prisha Computers Bhilai Chhatisgarh but, he told me that for this model I am not authorized. Then I contacted to Raipur service center but he also refused me . so what can I do suggest me.

                                  From stating my mobile is not working properly it has a magore problem that it, s network out automatically and whenever my contact persons tell me that my mobile is not in network than i reboot it. it, s a tarrabale foult to me. and two three time i went to service center 50 kms from my residence executive not given proper responce to resolve this problem.                                     Your karbon care centre is so discusting . I have just gave my karbon mobile octane plus last month it has only a simple mike problem but still whenever I asked them when will they returen my mobile the only excuse is we dont have spare parts ..whenever we will get spare part we wil inform you..what wrong with this company ..is this company does not have just a mike? Than why are you operating and marketing? Pllz do something..its too much time.. The most worst services you are providing your consumers...plz improve it..

                                      Respected Sir, I am purchasing karbon A12+ last year.My A12+ mobile battery is now gettiing spoil i want to purchase new battery for mobile. I enquire to yours cust care at Pune they don't have battery of this model.Sir i have getting so many problems because of your service. CUSTMOR CARE responsibilities replyies that that this was a limitetd addition.Sir pls.reply me that where can I get this type of battery as possible as.There are no more yours cust care office belong to my native place such as Sangamner Sinnar, NasIK where i collect this. So kindly request you that pls give me idea where can i get it...
