I have purchased a Karbonn A12+ last year in November and now the battery of my phone get discharged immediately. I have suggested to change the battery but I am searching it for more than 1 month but unable to get it. I request to sort out the issue so that i can use my phone smoothly. I had taken my Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus to this service centre Laxmi Telecom at 29/2 Sahapur Road New Alipur Kolkata-700053 on 19th June 2014. as the camera was not working properly.I was told my camera got damaged and I need to have a new camera.I paud an advance of Rs.400/-.I came back home and then after a little bit of experimenting found that only the cover panell on my camera got scratched and my camera was perfectly fine.I called up the service centre and asked them to refund my money.But unfortunately I got harrased a number of times in getting my money refunded.Finally i got it on 15th November 2014.So i would like to atleast take an action against the service centre on such bad customer service.

I have a Karbonn Titanium S2 handset. On 27th October the PDA of my phone was broken and I have submitted my mobile to the local Karbonn Service Centre. They assured me after checking the phone that it will take a week as they did not have the stock of PDA for the model. After a week they delayed the matter for another week and only on 10th of December, 2014 they called me and proposed me to take the phone back as the PDA is not working on the handset. I was a bit surprised and went to Service Centre. There I found that the hair crack has turned into a full screen crack and touch screen was not working which was not the case earlier when I had submitted the mobile. When I told them those issues they told that for opening the PDA this had happened. Later I went to a local shop and they told me that the screen was a minor issue, but what the service centre had done, they defected the mother board of the handset, for which during repair the handset might turn dead. I understood why the service centre had hurriedly deliver me the phone. Now my question is: 1. Does it count as a consumer issue? 2. Does Karbonn Mobile knows these matters? 3. Why don't the Karbonn Mobile Service Centre at Howrah provide a job sheet to the customer? 4. What shall I do if my Phone bocome dead? My suggestion to you don't go for Karbonn.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I Purchase Titanium octane mobile from vijay sales, vashi on 9th aug -2014 ( imei no [protected] & [protected] ). After 2 days from date of purchase the phone started Hanging & Automatic Restart and switch off etc. I had given the instrument for repairing at Raj mobile shop at vashi on 27th sept . it was returned back after 15 days stating the problem is solved. from last one month I am not able to use this instrument properly because of various problems in instruments. I am regretting buying this instrument. It was a bday gift by my family, but all the excitement of having nenew phone with good features is down the drain. Dear Sir/ Madam I Purchase Titanium S-2 Plus mobile from Ferozepur on[protected]. After one month from date of purchase my Phone is stating different problems like Hanging, generating heavy heat after four to five minutes, Sound problems, Automatic Restart and switch off etc. From last two months I am not able to use this instrument for more than 20 days property because of various problems in instruments. I consulted your service centre thwice and those people aren't giving any solution and had just updated my Phone software every time After so many problems in your instrument I came to conclusion of your instruments is having some manufacturing defects. I was buy a Karbonn mobile in 12 Dec' 13, Modle was A1+ DUPLE(IMEI no-9113224529214283074425) in which there was an autorotate problem was coming in mid sept'2014 in an under warranty and I gave the mobile in company for solving the problem. The problem was not solved by the Karbonn company and your karbonn care give me an another mobile(A 90) which is in critical conditional and not working well and its IMEI no. is[protected]. And now the mobile not working due to same problem coming in mobile for what the mobile gone two times in a company. and your cell care employee Mr. Gaurav is fighting me that I don't it and now i m doing complain in consumer court...

Hi, I given my Karbonn s9 mobile for repairing on Sep.10th in Borrivali service center the customer representative is said that it's take 1 month to repair and they are sending the same to Delhi main office.But almost 2 months past still my mobile is not received to me. Dear madam/sir, maine Karbonn S5I mobile september 2014 mai Flipcart se online Pune city mai purches kiya tha. peechle kafi deeno se screen mai problem aa rahi thi. But 2 din pahle screen poori tarah se blank ho gaye hai. Now pune service center wale kah rahe hai ki iski servicing yanha nahi hogi Bangalore mai hori aur agar yanha karani hai to 4500 rs pay karne honge. Now my question is ki jab maine Pune city mai mobile leeya hai to mai Bangalore mai service karane ke liye kaise jaaoongi .Its just nonsense. Now plz guide me mai kya karoo.

I purchased Karbonn A12 model 8 months back. The phone used to hang sometimes so I took the phone at nearest Service centre at " MUNCIPAL SHOPPING COMPLEX, SHOP NO.112, 1ST FLOOR, PANVEL, RAIGAD - 410206". Please find below summary of the PATHETIC SERVICES I RECEIVED FROM THEM: 1. I gave them my Original BIll and White color handset to resolve the issue.People from service centre misplaced my original bill and gave a duplicate bill to me and stated that the phone will be replaced completely so they have sent it to their main office in delhi and I will receive a new handset very shortly. 2. THIS VERY SHORTLY PERIOD WAS OF ALMOST 3 MONTHS WHICH ENDED WITH A REPLACEMENT GIVEN BY THEM WHICH WAS A BLACK COLOR USED HANDSET WITHOUT BATTERY. I WAS ASKED AGAIN TO VISIT THE CENTER TWICE TO GET THE BATTERY. FINALLY, WHEN I GOT THE BATTERY IT WASN'T CHARGED AND I WAS TOLD TO CHARGE IT AND USE IT. WHEN I GOT HOME AND I TRIED USING THE PHONE, IT WAS NOT GETTING NETWORD AFTER INSERTING THE SIM CARD. I THEN TRIED TO GET THE MOBILE REPAIRED THRU OUTSIDE RETAILERS DUE TO POOR SERVICE PROVIDED BY PANVEL SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE. 3. THE BIGGEST SHOCK WAS TO KNOW THAT THE PHONE GIVEN TO ME WAS THERE WAS NO "NETWORK STRIP" INSIDE THE PHONE SO THE PHONE WAS JUST A TOY GIVEN TO ME AND MY BRAND NEW PHONE WAS TAKEN RATHER STOLEN BY THE GALLERY PEOPLE. AGAIN I GAVE THEM MY PHONE TO REPAIR AND THIS TIME THEY RETURNED ME THE PHONE AFTER A MONTHS TIME WITH CORRUPTED MOTHERBOARD DUE TO WHICH THE PHONE IS NOT EVEN TURNING ONE. WHAT SHUD I DO????
