Unfortunately I have lost my purchase bill, but my handset Titanium S5 is in warranty period. When I went to Service Centers at Mira Road and Borivali (Java Telecom) in mumbai they denied me service of my phone. I asked them, You can check my IEMI at your Karbonn Portal to know whether my handset is in warrenty period. They denied me for the same again.

    I would like to complaint that I have given my Karbonn A29 Handset on 21.05.2014 to Rudra Telecom (Authorised Service Centre) at Vashi, Navi Mumbai for repairing of touch panel but I still not get it back till date, I have spent much on travelling to take update on the same. There is no meaning to purchase karbonn mobile when we cannot have it in use for three to four months, so I am requesting you to kindly take appropriate action.

      Complaint Against Job Sheet No. KJASPPB184714K5355 Respected Sir, I Had Purchased a Karbonn A51 Mobile Phone on January but after sometime I am having some touch panel problem, then I went to nearby service center in the name of Vignesh Services, where they kept my phone and asked me to wait till 15 working days but till date I didn’t received my phone and Even I talked to senior authorities for several numbers of times but till now I didn’t receive any response from your side, sorry to say but Failure to comply with my request may result in legal actions.           I have given my karbonn a1+ mobile for touch replacment (In warranty
          Phone, imei no.[protected].)on 14.03.2014 in karbonn mobile
          Servicing center, kurnool.
          Jog sheet no."a358j1346".
          They did not given my own phone and they given onother old phone on 22.08.2014. It is
          Not working properly.
          I went to the servicing center totally 16 times but no proper response.
          Please help me for justice to me.

                Complained :My mobile battery complete drained, not getting charged and mobile could not be switched on. I’ve given my Mobile for service at Arshan systems, in Ambattur ( Which is so called as Authorized Service Center) on 18th Aug’14 around 11:30 AM.It was informed to me that they will check and let me keep posted before EOD on 18th Aug’14, that what is the problem and estimated details of repair and its cost.There were no calls form the service center and I reached to service center around 6:30 PM to know the status.They didn’t check my mobile, said there was no power supply and Sr. Technician (Mr. Francis) is not available to check it. They will keep me posted on or before 1 PM on 19th Aug’14.But there very no calls and contact number provided by in Site and in person from Service center are not exist ([protected], [protected], [protected]).Even no one picks the call when I try to reach toll free number [protected].I don’t know how much time would it take to identify the issue in my mobile. It almost more than 24 hrs now, still know I didn’t get any status about my mobile.There was no good responce for the executive who took the complains.Whom should I contact to get my mobile services? If there is no proper service I would like to sue Karbonn Mobiles this with consumer court complains.

                On 19th Aug'14 @ 6:15 PM Visited the service centre to check the status of my phone. Executive said “ yet your mobile is not examined to identify the issue, will keep you posted tomorrow evening”.

                Then I was allowed to talk to the Technicians Mr. Francis. The reason he said for not able to check mobile what is the issue are

                1. There was not power supply till 3 pm on 18th and 19th Aug’14. So they could not able to check and issue. He confirmed that now the power is up he is check the mobile will give a call and update the status by night. But there was no information.

                2. For not able to reach the mobile number ([protected]) – The number was converted from Pre-paid to Post-paid, so there the mobile was not reachable.

                Till now I don’t got any update from service centre, will visit the service centre today evening to check the status and let me keep posted the today's dialogue.

                  I ordered one Karbonn A16 mobile on 23rd of april.it is being hanging from last 25 days.I gave this mobile to service centre. They told me that it will be repaired in 15 days.But till now it hasn't been repaired.They are always telling that the company is not giving the touch part to them.The mobile is within the warranty period.Its IMEI NO. Is [protected].The address of the given centre is NO.3 first floor, akkayapalem, opposite to penphool, chaitanyanagar.([protected]).Its my humble request you to please solve my problem as early as possible.

                    I purchase a mobile of Karbonn A50, within 3 month a problem occurred in ear speaker it was solved within 15 days. after 2 month again i have a problem with my touch screen. I went to karbonn authorized service center Mobi Care on 28/06/2014 and i register a complane, my job sheet number(Reference Number) is W426J2200 . they told me it was solve within 15 days. I went to Mobi Care about that on 12/08/2014 they told me spare is not available in karbonn it will take some time. They give me karbonn customer care number but any body pickup the call.
                    I am really harass for karbonn service...
                    Please do something...

                      I had purchased S5 PLUS from amazon.com online on 17/06/ 2014.. This phone did not work properly even for one month. I found this phone was not detecting sim card & the display was flickering. I handed over this phone for repairing to Anuragni Electronics in Noida on 12/07/2014. More than 1 months has passed but phone is not repaired. I have made numerous visits & multiple phone calls but in vain.                         Hi, I have purchased Karbonn A12+ on 25th Jan 2014 from flipkart. Now I am facing problem in display. So I have enquired in Karbonn service center in kolhapur, Maharashtra(Aditya Solutions and Siddhivinayak Mobile Services). But they told me that they are not providing any service to mobile which is manufactured in Banglore. I dont understand what is problem to give service for manufactured mobile in banglore ?                                 My name is m.Sumesh dhandapani . I am studying in nandha engineering college erode.
                                Sir i have bought an karbonn a7* phone in the date of[protected] at univercell sivakasi.
                                I had worked with thw phone just for 3 months after there was so much promblems and i have asked the new battery for the battery repair but the service center told battery has 3months waranty only and they cheated me...Finally i ordered a battery in erode they took 2 months and i ordered in sivkasi also they took nearly 6 months and no respones now due to the service center i had lost nearly 3000 rs .. I want my required settlements and your service center are speecking rubbishly i want the necessary action quickly otherwise i will file the complain in all public complain and the bad mistake of your company cheatings ...

                                  My mobile model is a6. I had given the mobile for service at mobile india, West cit nagar and the complaint was created on 3/7/14. The job no is t444j7983. I have not yet received my mobile back. I purchased the mobile on 3/8/14, from then on the mobile is with service centre. I submitted the mobile twice earlier for the same complaint, but it was returned unsolved. I was told repeatedly that board has to be changed. Please tell me whether I will get back my mobile or not!

                                      I purchased Karbon A25 Date of Purchased[protected] Suddenly my phone was hanged so i went service center of Karbon mobile I submitted my phone[protected] but i didn't get back till date. Still they are saying phone is still not repaired. And my phone warrenty end date is 18-8-14. I asked them many time but they didnt give any response. The same was purchased in may 2013 and now it is totally dead, The same was attended by authorised service centre situated at Kanpur Road, Krishna Nagar, Lucknow and it was told that the mother board of the mobile is faulty. I wrote to the company regarding this complaint but they did not resolve my problem. I m very shocked that why such expensive mobile was assembled with a low quality mother board (as stated by service centre) Kindly resolve my problem
