Karbonn Mobiles — Looking for My Hanseset Since July-2014(Handset's IMEI is [protected])

Hi Team, I am ok if you are unable to process as a replacement but I am looking for handset in good & working condition instead of damaged one.Everytime they are sending the damaged one handset. You people are making me to take legal action against you or your company and I will do that now. You know 11000 INR is not a small amount that I have spent while purchasing the handset and it has been 5 months that I have not received the mobile in good & working condition. There is always fault from your side that proper quality check was not performed form your side before sending the handset to your service center.Even I have received feedback from your service center that you people are doing this many times with other customer as well. Can you tell me when I will be receiving my handset in good & working condition.?
