[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — Repair or replace not done after submission of handset

Dear Sir, i have bought karbonn mobile from online .from order no.#6590159 on shopclues.com I start facing problems in phone since 3 rd month of purchase .visited Many service centres and they have taken phones for 2-3 months and return with existing complains. and for asking repairing they are asking for more 2-3 months time to deposit a handset. this way we have last submitted phone at Jamnagar to Yashvi infotech under jobsheet no.KUASCCCT028J243 ON 21st june 2014 from that day to till date we have not received our phone back . Yashvi comment:- they have sent phone to Ahmedabad to A-16, 1st floor, Pushpak complex, anandnagar, Ahmedabad. > above given address person is saying sent back to Jamnagar . and He is also not giving any status.It was previously communicated to replace your mobile as control card got problem but yet it was not done . So, everytime we use phone 2-3 days and your service centre take more than 2-3 months time to repair /rectify and after that also my problem in phone is remain same . So it is simply making fool to customers. I request you to replace my Handset or Refund my Handset Amount in this regads.
