Karbonn Mobiles — Service centre not giving DAO certificate | |||
Hello I have purchased karbonn k9 virat model on 14/5/2017. From the mobile store tirunelveli. But got heating issue so gave it to shopkeeper but he told me to go service centre tirunelveli so i went there on 17th may2017 but he refuse to take the mobile and give doa certificate. He said to bring box. Then i gave the mobile with the box and all other accessories to him then he said me he will check the mobile for 2 days then he will give me the dao thst time he didnt gave me any job card just took the mobile. Now he refuse to give me the dao certificate and said he will repair it. But i want my mobile replace or give my refund amount Please do something to it.
