Karnataka Bank — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received.

Hello myself Ravithej YR,
I've ordered for "Original H12348 Battery compatible with reliance Jio Wifi 4G router Jiofi2(2300mAh)" product through amazon on date 1st October 2021. Then, after 7 days I got a call from delivery boy for a product delivery i.e on 7th October. As I was not in the house, I was unable to collect the product on that particular day. Further, I rescheduled my order through the Amazon for the Date:-10th Oct 2021. Even after rescheduling my order, I didn't get my product. Later, I called the delivery person, who initially came for the delivery on the date:- 10th Oct 2021. So, I claimed to refund my amount of Rs799/- through Amazon. But my amount was not refunded in my account. Afterwards, I got a refund reference ID through E-mail by Amazon which I've attached below.

I hereby raise my complaint on this particular issue against Karnataka Bank online banking service and the concerned company. Kindly resolve this issue as fast as possible and Refund my amount to the account.
