Respected Sir, Ref: Document No.: 825357 Issued on 01/01/2015 My query lies with respect to the above said Form 11B issued to me towards my land in the village of Kukkehalli, under gram panchayat of Kukkehalli in Udupi District. I tried presenting this document at the SRO Office, Brahmavar towards sale registration. They deemed this document to be incomplete. The reason cited being the sub-column 'Niveshana' under the column 'Visteerna'...

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, our joint family members have filed a suit for partition and separate possession in respect of joint family properties and houses in the year 1996, before civil judge, Chikkaballapur, after considering the evidence and documents the court have passed preliminary decree, accordingly our joint family members have filed FDP proceedings before the civil judge Chikkaballapur and same is pending for consideration.
Knowing to be well without having one of our joint family member has created the sale deed in respect of the house property without consent of co owners have obtained the sale deed behind our back, thereafter concern PDO without issuance of notice to joint houses family members have issued E khata, during pendency of the FDP proceedings, after came to i have gave representation in the Month of February 2025, in what documents have issued E khata and kindly issue copies of notice to joint owners in the house, but eve till today the PDO has not given any reply, i approached several times the PDO failed to issue relating documents, since she orally informed me that the said person is a Panchayat memeber, due to which the concerned PDO is unable to issue the details of the houses, but in other hand the said person being a Panchayat memeber by taking the same as a weapon and illegally started construction,

Therefore, i request this Hin'ble authority be pleased to consider my complaint, by directing the concern PDO to cancel the E khata or to stop the construction without proper approval for construction of buildings, kindly do the needful.

ಸದರಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾದ ರಂಗಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಬಿನ್ ಲೇಟ್ ರಂಗಯ್ಯ ರವರು ಒತ್ತುವರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ತರಾದ ನರಸಮ್ಮ ಕೋಂ ಲೇಟ್ ಸಣ್ಣರಂಗಯ್ಯ ರವರ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಲಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಿರುಗಾಡದಂತೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಾದ ಗ್ರಾ. ಪಂ, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಕೋರಿದರು ಯಾವುದೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿಳಂಭ ದೊರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಹಾಗು ದಿನಾಂಕ[protected] ರಂದು ಶ್ರೀಯುತ.ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಪಿಡಿಓ ರವರ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ[protected] ಮತ್ತು[protected] ರಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಜೆ ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ವೇಳೆ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಅಡ್ಡಲಾಗಿ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಮೂಲ ಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ತೇಜೋವಧೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ದ್ವಂಸಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವುದು ಜನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಕೃತ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅಸಮರ್ಥರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಮೀಲಾಗಿ ಇವರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪಿಡಿಓ ರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ. ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಮಯ್ಯ ರವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು, ಅಕ್ರಮ ಖಾತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಬಳಿಸಿರುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾದ ರಂಗಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಬಿನ್ ಲೇಟ್ ರಂಗಯ್ಯ ರವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಉಸಿರುಗಟ್ಟಿರುವ ವಾತಾವರಣದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಲು ತಾವುಗಳು ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Subject: Request for Amalgamation of Two Plots and Issuance of a Single E-Swathu Utar

Dear Sir,

My name is Sayed Aftabpeer Khadri, a resident of Hulagur-581126 village in Shiggaon Taluk, Haveri district. My mobile contact number is [protected].

I am the owner of a commercial building constructed on two plots, both of which are registered in my name. I submitted a request to the PDO-VPC Hulagur office for the amalgamation of these two plots and issuance of a single E-Swathu Utar.

Despite numerous visits to the PDO, my request has been denied, with the claim that it is not possible. However, third-party brokers/agents have approached me, demanding bribes to facilitate this process. I brought this matter to the attention of the RDPR department help desk, and they confirmed that amalgamation is indeed possible and should be processed by the PDO.

Unfortunately, the PDO continues to refuse my request. For your reference, I have attached a copy of my application submitted to the PDO, along with the tax-paid receipts and E-Swathu Utars.

I respectfully request your kind attention to this matter and urge you to resolve it by directing the amalgamation of my two plots into one and issuing the necessary E-Swathu Utar.

Next to our home there is Drainage water logging problem since from many years and there were couple of families staying and also there is a child's zone, No sanitory sewers in our village and we are having health issues due to mosquitoes so please help us as soon as possible.

I have paid on time taxs last couple of years. Last 2 years not showing my property in e-swathu online website. I have raise the concern couple of times in the devenagundi panchayat office. They told some issue with e-swathu application. Due to this my registration is on-hold for long time. Could you please resolve the issue asap.

I applied for e swathu form 9 and 11a from gram panchayat Bargenahalli, Tarikere taluk Chikmagalur district in[protected] and paid everything and also 6000 extra for grampanchayat because they force us to pay but after all that 65 days there is no response from grampanchayat about my e swathu eswathu helpline doesn't work who do i contact everyone is corrupted in this government don't know what to do they are all corrupted in grampanchayat

I'm writing here to get a positive response from the central government as we are tired of such pathetic road conditions even after paying a hefty tax.

This road has been in a pathetic condition for more than 2 years and Shantipura Gram panchayat is not bothering to maintain it.
During election time some funds came and they dug the 1.5km road stretch and left after it making it worse to use.
Everywhere stones and path holes. Also, it acts as a dump yard for garbage.

I've too much to say to explain our pain, hope you understand it.

Kindly resolve technical issue under e swathu verify column property can be registered after entering property id nothing is showing iam attaching photos kindly solve Rural Development and Panchayat Raj — Property ID not reflecting in e-swathu after paying tax in six years(( but also babuji website no issue every details are showing ))here the issue is after house construction case worker unable to process due to page not opening after entering property id screen stays there only for submitting documents such plan approval licence etc
kindly note that on search property in eswathu web if both boxes column are filled fully it is showing

I had visited and met office staffs of kataraki gram panchayat of badamiTaluk of bagalkotu district for repairng road lights bulbs . I asked to them do I need to raise any tickets to resolve this issue they said not required but till now issue is not resolved. Everyday we are walking on the same street they will be having venous other danger scropios sir .

I had visited and met PDO of Itagi gram panchayat of Ranibennur Taluk of Haveri district on 1 July 2023 for applying for e-swathu transfer for a property. I was asked to pay 7500 rupees as cess charges and had paid the same. They have not yet given me any application reference number and mutation reference number as well.
I have been trying to reach PDO and her office assistant about the same, they have been ignoring the calls and not giving any update.
I am having hard time with non-cooperation and un-ethical way of work of this Gram panchayat officials.
I request you to interfere in this and assist me.

Drinking Water not providing by panchyat rdpr department & water department it's only to my house it's in gaddankeri village bagalkot district karnataka they are not providing n connection to my house. Why they are not interested to provide water as if they are treating like slaves to us.

The pdo by name yogesh H has illegal act conduct and give extra measurement in form no 11B in the ownership name siddamma w/o late madegowda at junger no 10/A, Siddalingapura.

Even the not to survey conduct by the said pdo is corrupt the money and given illegal measurement to the owner of junger no 10/A, siddamma.

Hence we can file this complaint to cancel the said form no 11B in junger no 11B at Siddalingapura village
