Karnataka RDPR — I have made a payment for my grama panchayat tax amount is deducted but no certificate is given

Address: #32, Thimmiah compound immadhalli main road Whitefield Bangalore Karnataka - 560066

I have made payment in Bapuji seva Kendra for property tax. And I didn't get a receipt for the same. And my amount is deducted. i have proof that amount is gone to rdpr solutions. Could you please help me.

I have paid property tax of Rs 1172 Bapuji sevakendra but receipt has not generated o enclosing my payment details Pl solve this issue
