I am writing this compliant under very stressful condition and sincerely hoping that it will be picked up and resolved in a timely manner. I am in a very undesirable situation where I want to sell my property but unable to do so because of a technical error in E Swathu system.
When the operator in sub registrar office enters my PropertyID in their system, they get a RDPR error(photo attached) which says - 'This property is undergoing mutation and cannot be transacted.' They directed me to Mandur panchayat PDO office saying there is some issue in their system and it is not a fault at Sub Registrar level.
When I went to Mandur panchayat, they said that all details related to my khata is correct and showed me the mutation status as approved in their system(photo attached). They are saying they cannot do anything about it and it must be some fault in the sub registrar system.
So, I am stuck between two departments and unable to understand who can identify the actual technical issue here and resolve it for me. No department is taking ownership of this problem. I have visited both Shivaji Nagar sub registrar office(where my original sale deed was executed) and Mandur panchayat office a few times but not getting the required support to resolve this. Both departments are pointing at each other.
I stay out of Bangalore and have come here specifically for this purpose but got stuck because of this issue. I have limited time to resolve this but I am not getting support from the concerned departments. This is causing me great inconvenience since I am having to stay back with my family and small kids without any indication of when I will be able to resolve this. I will be really grateful if you can help resolve this for me.
