Respected sir,

My name is rahul.
I used to travel in ksrtc (Bangalore buses) frequently.This is the first time i felt a weird experience from ksrtc.

It was a special bus with an extra charged amount of rs-908/-
Bus was scheduled to depart from thrissur stand at 9pm and reach satelite busstand bangalore @ 8am monday.

Since it was thrissur pooram there was a genuine reason for the late arrival of bus at thrissur (9.30pm)
On the way @ sulthanbathery the bus was breakdown and it took almost a wasteful 3 hours of dramatic repair by the employees and their silly explanations.
The driver was unable to compensate the wasted time in further travelling due to his careless, slow driving and unawareness of exact route .Bus reached the satelite bus stand @1.30pm.

It was a pathetic and tiring travel experience in this hot summer conditions, that all the passengers spend almost 15 hours in a running bus.
Most o[censored]s were unable to attend our crucial meetings & were worried about their loss of pay.

So please give your kind attention to this complaint & take further action.

Please provide a well conditioned buses for long routes.
If you are charging more amount on special buses, please provided facilities for that extra amount.
Plz give your kind attention that, it was in a non ac bus we travelled for 15 hours in this hot summer.
Please do some actions so that you can give some values to our mental and physical problems caused by ksrtc services and staffs.
