Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Conductor is not accepting currency notes

I was traveling with my family from siruguppa to bellary. Below mentioned bus conductor was behaving rudely in accepting currency notes which was torn a bit. I was carrying only one 100rs note and informed the same but conductor was accepting the note and ask us to depart from the vehicle. Let me know that if there is any separate rules & regulations have been passed to accept the notes? Conductor is telling that it's his own wish/choice to accept or not. Let me know that whether they are public servant or they are riding their own vehicle as per their rules. Someone in the passengers has taken the note of mine and given another note, only then the bus conductor has issued the ticket. Please take action against such rude behaviors because being an educated I'm unable to fight against him even after asking about his duty then what will be the case if someone is uneducated. Need to take action
