Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Deviation in route and time specified and arrogant staff

I today 18/05/2022 travelled from Mysore to Kanchipuram by Airavat Dream Class bus 2029MYSCHN. While boarding we asked the staff what time it will reach and will it go to the kanchipuram bus stand. They today yes it will go to the bus stand and the reaching time was mentioned as 5.30am were as the bus schedule shows 3.30am which does match. Once the bus reached Kanchipuram the bus stopped at a bypass and staff said they will not go to the bus stand as they dont have permission. Myself and my Mother aged 70 had to take trouble to reach the bus stand in the wee hours. If this was conveyed earlier while boarding we would have made some arrangment. The staff even said that if we needed we can approach poluce in this matter. They had also off the A/C most of the time and it was becomming stuffy. We had to request them to on it again.

If the time and route are as per schedile mentioned in your website then check with staff and take appropiate actoon. If the time and route taken by this driver is correct, then please update your website according then other people will not get cheated.

I felt what we have payed for was not provided by this bus trip.
