Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Excess money charged for the travel

We travelled yday in AC sleeper bus
Here are the details
KSRTC Bus PNR: J86550417, DOJ: 05-Mar-2022 22:43, 2212BNGCHN, Bus No : F 1749, Crew Mobile No:[protected]

Though we had a valid ticket and showed birth certificate copy of the sahaana Shree and
Gomathi Aadhar .. the driver didn't listen harrased us asking more money and we paid to him 200 rupees extra

Can you look in to the matter and reimburse this money
we wanted to go to consumer court type of mental agony we want through
