Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — KSRTC bus stand public toilet demanding Rs.10 per person with no hygiene

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today(26/02/2023) I happened use Chikmagalur KSRTC bus stand public toilet. While entering a ladies toilet room a man sitting in a chair stopped me and asked to pay Rs.10(for urinal). I paid but toilet rooms were disgusting and very unhygienic.
When a man demanded Rs.10 per person and that too for public toilet, I thought it should be very well maintained and hygienic. It is just some random people making money. No account, no track of that money.
The man who demanded money was rude and was very confident to say yes it is Rs. 10 per person. Atleast it could have been hygienic.
If this is case in main chikmagalur KSRTC bus stand where thousands of people visit, God knows how we develop. Really worried and deeply concerned.
