Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Ladies seat reservation

Twice this has happened to me that initially while booking ladies seat, single lady option you people show yellow seat and the seat next to it will be blocked later after I get into the bus male passenger will be sitting next to me inspite the fact that I would have booked ladies seat. Kindly don't do this scam, we ladies especially during night travel prefer ladies seat... Please solve the issue. Use proper technology n technicians to handle
