Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — lost luggage while traveling

I travelled to gangavathi from bangalore on 13th of october night on ac sleeper bus boarded from majestic platform number 15.
The bus number is ka32f 2005. Corona.
Pnr - j72678135... 11, 12, 13 were the seat numbers.

I had carried the red colour trolly bag with my family clothes and had a policy on my name along with citibank cheque book in it.

This bag was kept in the luggage area by down by the conductor himself. He did not give any ticket or coupon for the identification. He just kept it down.

When i got down in gangavathi near lalith mahal hotel. I see no bag was found... I was totally shocked as i had gone for a family trip with all luggage. To my surprise... We did not find anything under the luggage box down. Then i reached the gangavathi bus stop. He called all other passengers to check if some one had taken. But no help as they had already got down.

Driver and conducter started telling me... We didn't take your bag sir. Such a lame pathetic response for my terrible situation in an unknown place.

I was totally upset with the way in which ksrtc dealt this issue as no procedure to
Identify whose bag u r giving it to whom.

Ridiculously poor.

Finally i gave a written letter to gangavathi office there and then only.

Assuming they would help me. I haven't heard anything in spite of reaching out to them couple of days there.

Kept talking to that driver... Except sympathy i didn't get anything.

Tell me who is responsible i[censored] keep the luggage in the luggage box... And i[censored] don't get it back when u get down.

How unprofessional a company like ksrtc can be... I have been traveling for so many years years.

I haven't seen such a lame excuse given for the loss of luggage of the passenger!

My request is now. Plz figure out a way where the bag is... Or arrange for a refund for all the suffering due to this.

Or i would be logging a official complaint against ksrtc for this reclekess behaviour.

Expecting a positive response from your side.

It took a while to figure out where to file a complaint.
