Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Misbehaving of bus conductor with the passenger

Bus number KA18F0928 on 21/03/24 the conductor of the above mention es bus numbers has misbehaved with me in mysore bus stand … as I asked with the conductor whether bus is going towards Chickmanglore ……he raised his voice and started shouting in public .. even he started pushing me while getting inside the bus …. This bus belongs to belur depto even we complained to the depto but there is no certain response and he is saying us to complain to the DC .. if I didn’t get proper response by this then we are going to complaint for the DC ..we hope we get proper response by this letter .. we are taking this matter so serious because these bus conductor are here to give public services for the passengers ..these kind of people are enough to spoil the name of kSRTC … this is my phone number [protected] we hope for the justice
