Dear KSRTC Officials,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a troubling incident that occurred during my recent journey on one of your Rajahamsa buses. As a regular passenger and a supporter of KSRTC services, I believe it is crucial to address instances where the conduct of your staff falls below the expected standards of professionalism and customer service.

On the 13th of March, 2024, I boarded a Rajahamsa bus from Satellite, Bengaluru, bound for my destination. Prior to boarding, I inquired with the driver about the possibility of paying via PhonePe, as I was experiencing severe pain and did not have cash on hand due to a recent medical procedure involving the insertion of a DJ stent for kidney disease. Although I did not disclose the details of my medical condition, the driver assured me that PhonePe payment was acceptable.

Upon boarding the bus, I was met with hostility and rudeness from the conductor, whose behavior was both unprofessional and distressing. Despite the driver's assurance, the conductor initially refused to issue a ticket, citing alleged policy violations regarding the acceptance of PhonePe payments. After much insistence, he reluctantly agreed to issue a ticket but then falsely claimed to have already issued it, despite my firm assertion to the contrary.

Furthermore, the conductor delayed the issuance of the ticket, insisting on additional checks and requesting payment to a personal account, which raised suspicions of fraudulent activity. Ultimately, he attempted to pass off another passenger's ticket as mine, a move that was both unacceptable and unethical.

This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected and violated, as I was subjected to unnecessary stress and mistreatment while already dealing with health issues. It is evident that the conductor's behavior was not only unbecoming of a representative of KSRTC but also potentially fraudulent and exploitative.

As a loyal customer of KSRTC, I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the conductor involved. Additionally, I request measures be implemented to ensure the provision of professional and respectful service to all passengers, regardless of their circumstances.

I have attached relevant documentation, including transaction screenshots and a photo of the ticket provided, for your reference. I trust that you will address this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

    Misbehaving of bus conductor with the passenger

    Bus number KA18F0928 on 21/03/24 the conductor of the above mention es bus numbers has misbehaved with me in mysore bus stand … as I asked with the conductor whether bus is going towards Chickmanglore ……he raised his voice and started shouting in public .. even he started pushing me while getting inside the bus …. This bus belongs to belur depto even we complained to the depto but there is no certain response and he is saying us to...

    On 21/03/2023, I boarded KA 19. F. 3433 (Kasaragod to Mangalore KSRTC )bus at approximately 9:30 AM.
    The conductor was very unprofessional but also disrespectful towards women. I
    Provided him the ticket amount and he refused to return the change even though he had the change in his hand . He was planning on keeping that change for himself. He told me I won’t return your change and you had to bring the change from your home . I agree if he didn’t have the change amount but he had lots of coins in hand and he gave change to people who look elder . Since I look very young and small he thought of keeping the change for himself thinking I won’t dare to talk to him . Also he behaved very rudely.
    This incident has left a negative impression on KSRTC. And I find Kerala ksrtc conductors behave in decent manner. Why do you still keep conductors who are disrespectful to women and try to loot the money of poor passengers.
    I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in future.

      For Ladies Buses are free in Karnataka and for Maharastra half ticket.. I am travelling from Belgaum to sawantwadi. Conductor charge full amount. And he spoke with me very rudely if you want to travel then travel other wise get out and take another bus. My adhar card address is from Banglore and voter id from Maharastra.

        PNR no. H99170926 was canceled on Feb 13, 2024, before the 3-day of travel. An amount of Rs. 775=00 will be deposited to your account within 4 to 5 days, Now. already 20 days lapsed but the amount has not yet been deposited

            BMTC has put special bus from Bangalore to Hassan in place of KSRTC regular route to accommodate surplus passenger load due to the announcement of State govt guarantee of free pass to ladies
            So they are charging Rs 95 in place of regular fare of Rs 70 from Jalahalli to Kunigal. I have taken the picture of passenger inside the bus at Solur, There are only 6 men were there and remaining passengers are hesitate to step up due to abnormal bus fare. What is the use of this sort of facility which intern will never adjust to the toll fare.
            Giving of hundred percent to ladies and making extra burden on men passenger is in intolerable please look into this matter

He could have told the passengers just to move forward instead he was just pushing everyone this is a very serious issue and I request the government to take action against the conductor. This would be a great favour for women if the action is taken against the CONDUCTOR this is taken place on[protected] between 4:45 pm -5 pm.Take action against him or else I’m gonna take it further to court

                  On 17/02/2024, Time: 10:16 AM, Mysuru to Bangalore non stop ksrtc bus, Driver cum conductor (name: Govind) not sure of his name as he was not wearing a name plate, very rude behavior with passengers, ladies, elderly persons... Numerous fights with different passengers... Was using abusive words and foul language... For me he was hesitating give me back the remaining amount and not even writing the balance amount on the tickets...very bad behavior... Every passengers in the bus was upset by his behavior... I kindly request concerned authority to take strict action on him...otherwise we loose trust on ksrtc...

                    Sir, Bus Conductor of KSRTC Bus No. KA 57 F 0539 travelling from Mudipu to Mangaluru KSRTC depo at 9.15 AM Date 12.02.2024 is very rude, unhelpful and arrogunt. When I am travelling first time from Mudipu to Mangaluru at this Bus I asked conductor from which route (place) this bus will go. Because as my knowledge, from Mudipu KSRTC bus go from some different route. (exple.Maaduru-Kotekar beeri-thokkottu-Managaluru/other rural routs). First he does not answered me when asked somany times. But by asking so many time He answered arroguntly as he is not interested to answer details & it is not his work. and then he made argument for sometime. Is not a his duty to share details to passenger, if a passenger asked some imformation about timing, route etc. .Otherwise only giving ticket is his duty? So, I request you to necessary action about this as this type of rude behaviour should not be repeated to any passenger travelling at this bus like me.

                        Hai Its Sagar HS studing M.Com in Kuvempu university kadur.I applied to Bus pass in Kadur (Bus stand)via 9th cross but she is not approving my application because TC(kadur Bus stand) she is telling it exceeds 60kms.and also i told the distence certificate which was given by PWD Department.but she already approved my friends bus pass which exceeds 60 kms by taking extra money. but for me she is not approving. because i am not giving any extra money soo please consider my issue and solve my problem at the earliest.                           The washrooms ere extremely dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned before. There were used sanitary pads on the floor. Most of the urinals weren't usable because of hoe dirty they were. The doors didn't have a lock. They charged us 10 rupees each for it even though there was a board outside that said the fees was 2 rupees each. There were three men sitting outside the women's washroom. And one of them kept walking inside the women's washroom despite the women asking him to leave he kept coming back inside. And all three of these men looked drunk. It made us feel extremely unsafe.

                                My name is Venkatesh Kulkarni and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent KSRTC bus journey I undertook from Dharwad to Bangalore on January 15, 2024.

                                The journey was on Bus No: KA22F2221, PNR: T98638367, scheduled to depart at 22:15. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The bus was plagued with issues such as an overwhelming bad smell and a severe bed bug infestation. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of both the driver and conductor, they seemed helpless and unable to address the situation.

                                In my attempt to seek a resolution, I spoke with Charge Man Dandekar and the depot manager. However, the responses received were not adequate. The staff claimed that the bus had been cleaned, but upon further inspection, I discovered significant dust accumulation and a continued presence of bed bugs.

                                This experience has been both inconvenient and uncomfortable, and I believe it is crucial to address these issues promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of passengers. I kindly request your urgent intervention in investigating and rectifying the conditions on Bus KA22F2221.

                                Please find attached relevant details such as my ticket (PNR: T[protected] and any additional information that might assist in resolving this matter promptly.

                                  I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during a recent bus journey from Bangalore to Anantapur today. My family and I, comprising three adults and one child, were traveling, and unfortunately, a misunderstanding arose concerning the issuance of tickets for the journey. My illiterate grandmother took the tickets and there was huge crowd out there and the rest were standing in the front side.

                                  When the bus stopped for a break, mostly people got down so I could approach to my grandmother to ask and upon realizing that the ticket for the child had not been issued, I intended to rectify the situation by approaching the conductor. However, before I could do so, officials boarded the bus for a routine check. When questioned about the number of tickets purchased, we transparently stated that three tickets had been acquired. Consequently, we were informed of a fine that needed to be paid for the missing ticket, and we promptly complied. I have attached the receipt for the fine payment for your reference.

                                  Regrettably, the situation took an unexpected turn when the conductor, after receiving the fine, verbally, mentally, and physically abused my uncle. This incident occurred without any provocation, and the conductor resorted to brutal behavior. The entire episode was recorded, and I have attached the video footage to this complaint.

                                  To compound matters, the conductor took a picture of my Aadhar card, I am also worried about the potential misuse of my personal information, including my name, address, and phone number.

                                  I am reaching out to you with a formal complaint, urging you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary actions against the conductor involved. All the necessary videos and photos are being attached along with it. Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service and basic human decency. Passengers should not be subjected to physical abuse, especially after complying with the prescribed penalties.

                                  I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and appreciate your efforts in addressing and resolving the issue. Please keep me informed about any actions taken in response to this complaint.

                                      KSRTC BUS enroute to hindupur was in in hurry to cross railway crossing before gate closes and hit my car rear part made big scratch..when i askes driver he was very rude was asked me to report whomever i want to..Is this the training you provide to drivers ? Please clarify..and now can KSRTC pay for scratches done to my car by your reckless driver..

                                      There were passengers along with kid in car all o[censored]s were escaped narrowly..

                                      I thought driver would so some mercy and stop bus or drive slowly instead he drove carelessly and made scratches. I was sure he could have stopped vehicle but he was in mad senses and threatened like drove over us and made scratches.

                                      Could you please help me whather KSRTC bear expenses repaire the scratches.
