Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — miss behaviour of conductor

I am a student of R L law college Davanagere and my home town being Hiriyur. And i will travel every weekend to my hometown. I will be returning to Davanagere every Sunday evening. As same today being government holiday as my college was called off. I stayed at home. And today eveining at 6:15pm i was waiting for a bus at gandhi circle Hiriyur. There are three buses everyday which wont be given stop at aathithya hotel. And I travel in one of those.

As mentioned above at 6:15 a ksrtc red bus KA17F1701 came and I asked them whether they will give a stop at aathithya hotel the conductor of the bus told they will not so i got into the bus. Later after few seconds again the conductor turned towards me and said they will stop for 10 minutes i said then i will get down because the other bus had arrived so I thought to get down and catch it. But the conductor of the bus i was in did not allow me to get down and she pushed me back. Somehow i got down and while the bus was moving she scolded me in harsh words which mean that a son of a ###.

Later on I questioned her and demanded her to get down and answer me. She got down and holded my shirt collar and scolded me I asked the local traffic police for a help. Neglecting them she scolded me in very bad words in local language Kannada which i am not too used to those bad words. Later on i got to know they are too relentless words. I asked police to get her to police station and I would register a complaint. But the police asked to take the photograph of the bus and go and complain. I was left helpless.She warned me that she would look me when I go to Davanagere. She threatened me. I should travel back to college tomorrow.

Sir, my image was made bad in the main place of the city. The conductor hit me. She scolded me ruthlessly in the central place. What will happen to my respect. I am a student. I am left helpless. I must get suitable respect for the issue. Please respond to me as soon as possible. I am forwarding the same letter to
