[Resolved]  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Money deducted for billdesk and ticket not confirmed

1100 rupees price of 2 tickets booked on 27/11/2021 around 4:37pm using ksrt app, by using phonepe as payment gateway option.

The suprising thing is payment was successful from phone pe. But didn't got any confirmation from ksrtc 's bill desk. This is the first time i faced this issue.

It would be grateful if you refund the amount please help me out to resolve this issue

I have paid the ticket amount of Rs 452 through paytm and didn't get the ticket. When I checked my PNR status, it showed as transaction failed. But money is deducted from my bank account. Please check it.
