Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Wrong Timings mentioned in your website KSRTC.IN about bus arrival & departure

I booked a ticket from Kalaburgi to Belagavi. *KSRTC m-Ticket* from: KALABURAGI to: BELAGAVI PsngrName: BALACHANDRA R A TripCode: 2015HYDBGM PNR No: T87274018 JnyDate: 22-Apr-2022 DepTime: 23:59 SeatNo: 30 Class: AIRAVAT CLUB CLASS BoardingPt: KALABURAGI

But now bus conducter called & asked me to come at 1.30 AM (23rd April 22) & bus will reach belagavi at 8.45AM. On asking he said that this is the actual time. Bus conductor no is [protected].

My question & complaint is why the KSRTC has not mentioned the correct time ?
Sir, I booked ticket with KSRTC as it claimed to reach Belagavi before 7AM.

This has spoiled my entire day work schedule.

Said bus conducter said that, inspite of there complaint, KSRTC is not changing the Bus schedule in website.

So this is a clear cheating case...

I dont know wether KSRTC itself is wrong or that conductor is lying. But thing is, i have to wait for another 1 and half hour in busstand and my entire work schedule of next day got spoiled.

Why are you cheating the passengers ?
who will bear the loss of one day work ?

I need explanation on this issue... and the action taken by the KSRTC on this matter at the earliest.

I will go to consumer forum against KSRTC for this cheating, if i dont get any response...
