Karrm Infrastructure — Refund not received & CIBIL score affected due to loan taken by Karrm

I have still not received my refund after cancellation of both my flat in 2018. Several cheques were bounced and now there’s no office of karrm infrastructure. They’ve not cancelled the loan and it’s still reflecting as unpaid in my cibil. Karrm has taken loan on my documents from MOTIOSHFL and have not repaid them. That’s reflecting on my cibil in spite of cancelling the flat in 2018 itself.
