I hold shares in mahindra and mahindra in two folio. I have not received the bonus given in 2017.
These shares are all in physical forms. Now with the due date coming for non transfer of physical shares after 31/03/2019. How can these companies retain physical shares for any reason. It is a complete breach of trust between company, shareholder and sebi guidelines. The onus to further transfer shares lies with whom sebi or registrars. I feel this is major scam cooking in disguise of stopping transfer of physical shares.

I would request karvy to sought these issues as plenty of physical shares are pending with you. I would be left with no option but reporting to police as shares lost in transit.
