Kaspersky — Had a problem to activate the Key

I had purchased kaspersky anti virus serial number:AV11-4F[protected] in filpkart.Anti virus charge is 280rs and delivery charge is 40rs total amount is 320rs.it was delivered to me before 4 days.I had problem to activate the key, still now the key is not activated.i tried many times it does not respond..then i called customer care they didn't respond me..so I kindly request you to take a action for my complaint..many people were cheated by online shopping like me. thank u
