Kaveri Travels — regarding ticket booking | |||||
I have booked a ticket from vijayawada to banglore via kaveri travels website i got a message ticket booking is failed amount got deducted again i booked the same another ticket i am still facing the same issues. After 10 mins i got a message that 2 seats are confirmed with my name. I have reported the same thing to kaveri travels customer care they to contact bitla software pvt ltd. I have called to them also we are providing software to them but we are aware of the transactions like that they mentioned. No body is responding from kaveri travels. Worst service...
