Kaveri Travels — stopping vehicle for toilet breaks - bus stopped where we don't have washrooms

I travelled from tirupathi to hyderabad on 25 nov 2018 in ac sleeper (Kaveri travels). Operator pnr: abrs7137607

Issues:
1) pillow covers and bed sheets were not at all good (I have taken pics as well)
2) staff response was not at all good
3) this is ithe worst thing - can you tell me why bus was not stopped for toilets break where we have washrooms (For both the toilet breaks, there are no wash rooms)

I don't understand how ladies can go for toilet in open space. Government spending lot of money and education all to use washrooms but the this kaveri travels after charging around 1500 per ticket they are not even stopping vehicle at washrooms for toilet break.
And the response from the staff is not at all acceptable.

My wife travelled in this, if i would have been along with her i would have for sure slap that staff.

Please understand our pain and do the needful
