It is a worst page I ever came across !!! My biggest fault to bu from KAYANJALI CHIKANKARI (insta Id : kayanjali.chikankarii)
The seller will reply you soon when you want to place an order, once you place the order and pay for it - it will say 4-5 working days to dispatch & 10-15 days working days to deliver which comes around 20 working days overall.
Once they confirm you that your order is placed they dont get back to you. You need to follow up - but they don't reply to you for almost weeks and weeks pretending that they are extremely busy. But they have time to post new products and they are very active on page. When you get frustrated after multiple messages and call multiple times, then they reply. Their reply won't be related to the product. They will only reply to justify themselves because you have said so much to them out of frustration. Kayanjali has No manners to talk to a customer at all. I had ordered 2 Kurtis and 1 pant. After almost 2 months of follow up I received only 1 kurti and 1 pant. When I asked again reg my 1 missing kurti she/he again started arguing instead o[censored]pdating properly regarding the missing product. They are just fooling their customers. I regret that I should have seen the previous reviews before buying from such worst seller.!!
