I bought 3 items on their website on 10th Feb. Their website looks ok but there are many loopholes. We can't register on it, they can't verify OTP and also they don't respond to any communication made with them!!! Still haven't received my order and now my hopes are even less after reading these complaints here. I've paid Rs.2797 to them online! And they don't respond to any messages on any of their contact information provided on their website. I think they are frauds and something needs to be done about this!

Updated by [email protected] Once I put up this complaint they finally spoke to me in WhatsApp. But the way they were speaking was very rude. They demand I take down this complaint or they won't process my order. Then I receive a call from their team on Tuesday saying that the products that I had ordered are now out of stock. And the person says I will be refunded. I said ok. Then the person asks me to download an app from play Store.. I was a bit apprehensive about it since there are many scams of such type going on. Therefore I denied to download any app, I said either you Google pay me on my number or I can share my bank details for a transfer. The person immediately became rude! Started saying this is not how we do things. I will have to escalate the matter to my seniors! I said I don't think my request is unreasonable as I have given perfectly good options to get my refund. He said I will receive a call from his seniors with in 48 hrs. Here I'm still waiting. I again tried to contact them on their WhatsApp and Instagram account. But they continue to be rude and insulting! Horrible experience I have got with online shopping ever!!! Scamsters they are and nothing else!
