[Resolved] Kayanjali Chikankari — Order not recieved after a month of purchase

I had ordered a yellow chikankari Mulmul Kurta worth 899rs from their website on 25 Mar 2024. Estimated time of delivery shown after payment was 4/5 days. After 5 days of not recieving my product, I texted them on Whatsapp asking the status of my order. They said it will take 15/20 working days. Its been more than 20 days now and I have not yet recieved my order. Tried calling them but their number is always switched off and they dont reply to my whatsapp messages.

Finally recieved my order after more than 30 days of ordering it. They didnt respond to my msgs. So I had given up but one day I recieved a whatsapp msg from them that the order is shipped. And I recieved it 4 days back. The kurta is of same color and size and its actually good quality. Writing here if anyone of you has been thru the same situation, then I can only suggest you to be patient. Maybe they are a small business with lack of communication skills
