[Resolved]  Kayanjali Chikankari — Product not delievered for Prepaid order

I placed the order on 11th Sep. I was informed product will be dispatched within 10 working days and delivered within 15 working days. It has been more than 19 working days and I have not received any information if the product is dispatched. They are not replying to my messages on instagram now.
Attaching the screenshots from the chat. PLEASE DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS WEBSITE.
YOU WILL NOT GET REPLY AFTER PAYMENT.

raised a new complaint .. they asked me to close the request .. make fake promises .

What happened to your order ? Did you receive it? Wanted to know as even I placed an order with these people and experiencing the same thing. Rude replys and no update about shipment

No .. I never got the products.. they are fake .. I doubt you will get ur product .. I stopped chasing them after months.
