Hv ordered a Prepaid Noor premium green soft chanderi machine embroidered co-ord set ( S size) from kayanjali chikankari instagram store on 18 feb 2024 which was suppose to be delivered within 4-6 days. I texted them on WhatsApp and intagram page regarding the updates after 10 days but got no response as i hv orderd it for an occassion. After multiple texts they responded with a text saying there is delivery delay for orders placed between 7- 25 feb 2024 and are trying and a delivery delay of 7-10 days is expected. So I patiently waited. Now it's been over a month, they hvnt sent any updates yet neither replying to my texts on both the platforms. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)

Same for me and so many others.. we need to do something.. they have duped so many people! And yet taking new orders and posting about sale! We all need to post comments on their posts that they are frauds and atleast warn others!

I’ve ordered a lot of items worth 6000rs on march 18th. Its more than a month and i’ve not received my order. I tried all means of communication but they’ve been avoiding all my messages and phone calls. one day I got a response but it was very rude. I usually do most of my shopping online but i’ve never ever been through such a painful shopping experience.
