[Resolved] Kd Technology — fake company - threat to take legal actions | |||
Hello, i am zeenath from chennai. I registered on a clickindia for job and after a few hours i received a call from the compny name kd technology and also a mail from [protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company she told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seeing that i stopped my work. I had a talk with a lot of people who faced the same problem. Now after their submission date they are asking me to pay rs.8496. For non submission of work and sending some threatening mails. But still there is some kind of problem presist from the company Jul 30, 2018 Updated by Zeenath Ahamed I registered work from kd technology .they also asked me to sign agreement and informed you have to submit 2200 forms i[censored] cant then u will have to pay 5200 rs.i unable to complete due to my health condition, i don't have any income source and at the time of registration clearly update on of employee they are agreed but now they send mail company take legal action, tell me what to do. They are torturing me to pay 5200 + legal charges. Please help me  | |||
