Harassing and blackmail
I have registered with Kd company for data filling job,
Due to some problems I had failed to submit the forms, they called me and pay 5200 other we will file a case against you
So I paid 5420
Later after one month they called me again and pay 7500
Then I was afraid and again paid 5200
After paid this amount they sent a agreement canceled letter and still they are killing me
And every month they are calling and harassing me to pay money
Please help me sir
Please save me from this fake and fraud company

I was searching for job on naukri.com after some time one call came and a lady told me that he is talking from kd technologies. She told that it is a form filling job and i have to fill 2200 forms in 20 days i said ok. Then he asked me for my personal details like birth certificate and adharcard i have provided him all the details with one photo, later he asked me for my signature i have sent the photo of my signature that day. After that he aattached my sign to an agreement paper and send me and told me that if have not completed my woek on time i had to pay 5200 as fine i said ohkk. After some time they give me a id and password and i done my work in 25 days and for more time the company charge me 6000 rs i also pay for more days to complete but
When i feel like its a fraud i searched on google and there are many cases like me and m aslo trapped in a fraud so i stop the work and i continue my study after 1.5 yrs the company filled a complaint against me and sending me notice and a person call me and told about the case and he said uh will have to come in court in gujrat. I dnt knw what to do now plzz help me sir...🙏🙏🙏

fraud company claiming to be real and looting money from people
I joined into this form filling to earn my pocket money, but i submitted my work to them but no one responded for my mails, suddenly after 2 weeks i received an email from tejas joshi that i violated terms and conditions by not submitting work with in prescribed time and he demanded me to pay an amount of 7, 510/- towards loss and damage of company, if i deny to pay then he said he will file a case against me in court, so i paid the amount what they asked and after the payment they sent an noc from sone other fake company called so service...i thought i was free from this fake company but with a gap of 1 year a new guy called pranav approached me saying that my case was again reopened in maharashtra he demanded me to pay 29, 000/- to close the case and 25, 000/- for digital signature and 16, 000/- for courier service to send my documents...i lent amount from my friends and cleared all the amount but on the same day another guy approached me and said that madam ur case was closed in maharashtra but reopened in new delhi you have to pay 30, 000/- to close this case... i dont know what to do with this, i noticed kd technology was fake by seeing here in all complaints, my friend advised me to approach cyber crime police to help with this issue...can anyone who faced the same help me please.. thank you

Hi friend the pattern is same but the company names are different i faced the same problem but the very first person who called me had face a backlash. The agreement that they send to you is obviously fake so my friend no body can file a case against you. If you carefully read their agreement their are many loopholes. Yes obviously you can report this matter to cybercrime. But not responding to their threats is just as fine. Did you receive any legal written notice i hope not. Even if you recieve one get it very verified by a lawyer. I hope you this is helpfull.

I have got an agreement pdf in email by kd technology stating that i have to fill 7200 rows i n 15 days and if i failed doing so then i have to pay 5100/- to them otherwise they will file a complaint. I got a call from an advocate named - adv. Jatin shankar sharma from latur, maharashtra.
Is this really a legal matter or it is a fraud? Do mr. Jatin shankar mishra really an advocate at latur, maharashtra. Will i really face any legal issues. Since a similar complaint is registered on your website and you have solved it. That is why i am asking so.

complaint about cyber crime
They already succeeded in getting 5200 INR from me by blackmailing me to drag me in a court case because i left the job they said in a day and they said they terminated the case and now they are again blackmailing me via sending me mails.

I got this company from clickindia they told they will give 2200 forms and they told within 20 days finished they will pay 50, 000 rupees and they told they will help in many ways if any doubts regarding form filling i started and after finishing some forms i got a doubts i call them they are not responding and my friend told that this is fraud company so i searched in online and i saw many things about this company i want to talk about it to that company i called many times they did not respond and by seeing many complaints i stopled doing work because i dont want to waste my time at last they send mail that a i have to pay fine because i did not finish work and they keep on torchering and calling saying that case is filled so you will get legal notice so what should i do either i will give cyber complaint about them... One call came from kd technology company offering me job of 2200 form filling giving me 25 rupees per page soon again after 7 days one call came from form fillup company asking me as u hav taking form filling work we wil do ur job within 3 days with full correction if nt we wl refund u if d wrl rejected by ur comapny taking 7 rupees per paper den kd technology rejected my work they threatening me to sibmit 7000 rs telling me will take legal actions n d form fil up company too not refunded me please help me out how i wl get rid of this

I got a home based part time job from kd technology and had an agreement which was not at all serious then i agreed to it and started working form them and after 4 days i was facing many problems regarding the id and password they gave me and when i quit they started sending me mails sms that i have to pay 10000 to them or they will take legal action on me. Please help me i don’t know how to solve this i have no idea what they are going to do please help me

Take it back they will never call or contact me again. Otherwise they were contacting me continuously and and asked for hefty amount and also asked to drag me to court. After I lodged a complaint here they contacted me again and asked me to type resolved, so we dont have any contact in future.

Sir... I registered work from kd technology. They also asked me to sign agrrement and informed you have to submit 2200 forms i[censored] cant then u will have to pay 5200 rs. I submitted my work on time but thet failed my qc report and now they are calling me sendind me mails and text that you have to pay 8000 rs or your case will be find in court... And they will send notice at my home.. Ply tell me what to do

online form filling - fraud company

Me too one of victim of kd technology, and they are saying to me for arbitration case. And calling me for pay reg amt - rs 5200, legal charges - rs 1810, documentation & noc charge - rs 514, total - rs 7524
They are using all fake documents, and for this they are using government stamp paper, fake advocate also appointed for making calls and for torching

fraud in online form filling work
My name is kanwaljit singh. I am a student.
I receive a call from the company name kd technology. He told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat and in that they write if you wont complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling name of the company i see so many complaint about that company. And after see that i cannot start my work.
Now he send me a notice and torturing me and haressing to pay 5200+2500rs.
Because i dont want to trap in the legal procedure i was thinking to lodge a complaint in my area police station and also send them a legal notice from cyber crime branch.
I receive a call from the company name kd technology. I got a call from kd technology saying that they offered me a job and salary is 50000 and i accept their terms... Afta joining the next day i knew abt thier cheating and i screenshotted the complaints and asked them abt this... They didnt reply... Normally they reply in a sec... Now they are not picking up calls... And i said i dont want their job... Now afta 20 days i got a msg saying that i need to pay 5200/- or else i would be called to gujarat court and pay money legally more than 5200/-... Afta this i msged them again... No reply... Afta that i got a call from them... Saying that i need to pay the money or else face the consequences... I dont know wat to do... Plz help me... They tricked me... I got some legal notices on my mail too... My family said to complain to the nearest police station. I dont want to waste time by going on to police stations and all... Wat to do... Plz help me.

I wanted to complain about a very useless & fake company whose name is KD technology.
This company is ###. After registering at quickr jobs for part time jobs, I got a call from an unknown number & I got to know her name from truecaller.Her name was dhaval gujjat.She explained me everything about the job & after that I searched for that company online & read the reviews given by various peeps about the company.I was lucky enough to know about this fraud company. But after few days they are contacting me from various numbers & trying to blackmail me. I said that I will lodge a complaint against them in the local area police station but they are ### & they have no fear.Lets take a step forward & try to take a strict action against these fake people & their fake company.They need to be taught a lesson.

I am complaining about fraud company kd technology

Sir/mam,
Maine kd technology ki add online dekhi thi & maine apply kiya. Then i got a call from that company and registration process complete hua then after that registration process muje mera wrk provide kiya gaya aur ek sign b karwai gai alg se jo ki contract paper me dala gya jiske bare me mje information nahi thi. Us contract k hisab se muje 20 din me 2200 forms complete karne the jisme se maine 10 dino me 1300 forms complete kiye after that i called them but they didnt received my call from my number but maine jaise hi dusre number se call kiyaa unhone turant receive kr liya but jab maine apna name btaya to unhone call kat diya nd blok b kiya jiske vajah se maine apna work krna stop krdi becz i got confused ki muje response q ni diya jara.
But now they r saying ki muje unhe fee deni hogi quki maine unka wrk complete nahi krke diya.
They r sending me notices from lawyer named "minhaz m. Patel" address "501 v k. Plaza 1/238-239 opposite jamrukh gali near police gate nanpura main road nanpura surat-395001"
And also unke fee ki amount b roj roj badhti jaa rahi hai.:like 5200, then 7600, then 8500, then saying to pay 50, 000/- if i did not replied to them.
Please give me advice what should i do & please help.

This fraud company has send me this legal notice
This is to inform you that, our Advocate Associate firm of our client KD ; received your file, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. We have verified your file and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an Indian Contract Act you have signed an agreement and on such basis we are providing you the Notice.
We want you to cooperate with our client to avoid legal action.
And is asking for rs. 5200 +rs.2500 penalty.
Kindly ban this fraud company and save others too by reporting about it.
That is why I am putting this issue here because I don't want any one to get harassed there वे I am getting calls and emails.

I registered on a clickindia for job and after a few days i received a call from the company name kd technology and also a mail from legal. [protected]@gmail.com/naveensharma. [protected]@gmail.com and aslo call [protected] and [protected] ho says that he is marketing executive of the company he told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seeing that i stopped my work.
I had a talk with a lot of people who faced the same problem. Now after their submission date they are asking me to pay rs.8810 for non submission of work and sending some threatening mails.
Kindly help me.

online data entry fraud gujarat based
This data entry job companies are fake .There are 10-15 companies run by similar people using different contact numbers and harassing the people.All are nurpura, surat, gujarat based.using different names sometimes minhaz patel sometimes raghav deewan, sometimes nakul patel etc.If anyone of you are facing this situation never make any payment.Please report to the nearest police station or cyber crime and if you can you can consult a lawyer there are lots of free legal aid websites available.Please don't be afraid. our fear is their weapon.since most of them falling into this strap are students and most of them are not aware of law in india they are taking this situation as their advantage and harassing more.When you face this kind of issues don't forget to report them as soon as possible.The courts and police station are always citizen friendly.Everyday a lot's of people are getting cheated like this.please don't forget to report it.Because the more the complaints they get the more quick the investigation would be.And there will be an end to this.So please report these kind of issues to cyber crime.And also try to spread awareness through social media by sharing your experiences.So that others won't fall in this trap again.You can also write to the secretary of gujarat bar association reporting this.All the information is available on the internet.Hoping this would end soon.

fake company making illegal stuffs with peoples

There is a company name kd technology with don"t have official website, official full address. They making fraud with people. They also did same with me. Now they are asking for money. Though having so many complains against them they are not yet stopping to make fraud. They are taking advantage of people to do their work without any payment. The send me notice on mail and trying to scare. They are themselves wrong, although they try to scare. This company doesn't have any legal certification and they are taking the advantage of internet for making money. They are going to disturb me so i am willing to take action against them through cyber crime branch. So please be aware..!!!

Its a fraud company. i have seen so many complains against them.
i asked them to cancel but they didnt nd now they are harrsing me nd torturing me for penalty and treating me for filing case against me

dont pay them and complaint to surat police helpline number available on the internet and report to cyber crime india

I got call from kd technology through click india. They gave me 2200 forms. I completed these forms within 18 days and submitted. Then they sent me qc report and said it is fail because of space error. When i got demo user id they used same thing in the forms which i did. So now resolve my problem i did hardly work so they should give me payment as per their terms and conditions.

This is a complaint against the company named "KD Technology" that lures public to join their company showing heavy salary and their advocate for statements stated in the legal notice sent to me being incorrect of "consequently contacting me till today". Moreover there are a lot of complaints against this company and their advocate M. Patel.
I have actually talked to the company.
At first they gave me a time of paying the amount of Rs 8510/- until 3pm today but now they have sent me a mail giving time of 7 days to complete the payment so as to have the NOC from the company. I can very well see that they want nothing but money when everything from their side is wrong.
At first, i thought the company was all okay but, after what they are doing and all the complaints against the said advocate and the company in the consumer affairs i am afraid the company and the advocate may face serious consequences from public and cyber security and consumer affairs.
At first, they asked me to download an app named DigiDocs. So as usual i downloaded where i had to upload my signature, photo and adhaar. And there was an agreement that couldn't be read in the phone so i asked them to mail me the agreement and told them that i wouldn't do any job until and unless i get to read the agreement. So they sent me the agreement and when i opened it, there was an already signed agreement by me during the uploading of sign, photo and adhaar. I was taken aback then.
But still i consoled myself and joined the work on 6th July 2018 and then again i saw that in the forms that i was supposed to fill up and the details they furnished were given wrong.
I mailed them many a times regarding the issue and there was not a single response from their side. At last they noticed me today saying they are going to send me a legal notice.
In the legal notice, their point no. 3 and 4 are totally wrong because they didn't contact me until today i.e, 30th July, 2018.
Moreover, i can very well see that the company is not registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and there are a lot of complaints against the company and their advocate Manish M. Patel with different companies. Totally fake company and their adv. who wants nothing but money from students who are helpless and in dire need of jobs by manipulating them to join the company showing lavish salary package.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible sir as they are noticing to sue me with a case in the court. I hope the matter would be taken in a very healthy consideration.
And i hope no one suffers from this company's manipulative attitude in the internet.
