I am a consumer of Kellogg's products and currently I am 8 months expecting. I have brought a 700g packing of chocos and found a big stone like lump of coco in it. This is the second time I have found such thing in their product that's why I have decided to register a complaint for the product. This shows their negligence towards product quality and hygiene they follow. I am totally disappointed this time. I recommend an action to be taken against them and the product sold should be prepared after keeping the health, hygiene and nutritional value of the cereal. Packing date of the box is: 3rd Dec 2015/ 13:08 Batch no: T1A031215 Pictures attached for reference.

I bought Kellogg's corn flakes with real almond & honey on 28-Nov- from Star Bazaar, Seasons Mall, Pune. I opened this package last week. Today (24-Dec-2015) my mother was pouring milk in the bowl of Kellogg's Corn Flakes (with real almond & honey) and she noticed something in her bowl. She initially thought that it will be a small peace of flake but when she checked closely, it was dead a maggot (larva). Refer attached photographs (on index finger). I checked my my cabinets where the cereal box was placed. I found nothing. I also looked inside other cereal boxes at my home and there was no larva. Later on I opened the Kallogg's package (original box) and found living maggots creeping in the cornflakes (Refer one picture). I also have video of this. I have also reported this to Kellogg's customer care number and shared the MFG date/time/batch number (18OCT15/08:58/T3A181015). Customer Care executive asked to keep this package and will give me the replacement. Also sent an email to their consumer ID with photos and video. How can such a reputed brand releases this type of cereals to consumer. Replacement will not be a solution to this problem. Please suggest. Regards, Amit Sood [protected] [protected]@gmail.comm

Recently, I brought one packet of chocos moons and stars, so as usual mixed it with milk, after eating it I found a the taste of chocos bitter and didn't found the manufacturing and expiry date in it.Take immediate action as soon as possible.

I purchased kellogs mueslli crunchi fruit and nuts last month and today i saw worma in it. my mom was even eating it till i saw the worms and even i ate up a few of them. its yet to expire and as per dates mfg is july and expiry after 9 months i.e march 2016. we could Hqve got food poisoning, especially my mom. i never expected this bad stuff from a company like Kellogg's and i want to register a complaint against them. i have taken fotos of pack and even video of worms snailing

My wife found insects in the last serving of Kellogg's which we just bought few days back. I request food authority India to get strict laws for these culprits for serving these pathetic food and I would request the celebrities to stop promoting this brand. My wife is in 8th month of pregnancy and she by mistake ate the food, and has got unwell! I want to sue Kellogg's for this pathetic service and would like a compensation of 10 million dollars.

Dear Customer Care Officer, I am Sanjay Wandre, Loyal customer of Kellogg's. I am associated with them since last 2.5 years. On 24th Sep. 2014 at 8:45am I had 2 to 3 spoons of Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Almonds and Real Honey product and Immediately I came to know there was worm along-with small pieces of almonds. I was mentally disturb for last 6 days and they have not reverted to me henceforth HOW THEY WILL ENSURE SAFTEY MEASUREMENT FOR CONSUMER POINT OF YOU. I found a maggot, in fact many maggots inside the Kellogg's Chocos (Moon & stars) stock which I had purchased last month. My son who 3.5 years old loves chocos and has been eating the same at least thrice a week for the last 1and half years. I only noticed it after the maggot has dislodged from the chocos when mixed with milk. After which I broke open every piece to find a maggot in every 2nd or third star mould. I later went and purchased another box of chocos from the same supermarket and realised there were some maggots in that fresh pack too. I always buy all products only after checking the expiry date and both these packs bought have a good 4 months of shelf life still left on them. ( Date of Manufacture: March 2014). When I complained to the Kellogg's hot line number, I got a call from their area manager after 24 hours saying they will replace the 2 packs purchased but that is not what I want. I don't know for how long my son has been eating maggots for breakfast and I don't know how many more kids out there are unknowingly consuming this bad batch of chocos. I want the company to take responsibility and want to take this matter to court so that the whole of India can know that big reputed companies who we trust cannot take us for granted. They should pay for this. Please help me take this forward.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased Kellog's Extra Muesli, Pkd dtd 13/1/13 Batch No. 4B 13/18:29.

While in the morning to have breakfast I served few of the muesli in a bowl of milk and to my surprise I saw 3 worms in the muesli. While I opened the box to check I found more live worms in the muesli.

Attached herewith please find the pictures of the same.

I would not recommend anybody to have muesli. While Kellog's is a branded company required hygiene is not maintained by them.

I had purchased Kellogs Special K with which I got a Salon voucher (Code : KE 958876) worth Rs. 500/- As per details given in the voucher I gave a call to the contact number mentioned[protected] to fix an appointment. The call center fixed my appointment at Liyaz beauty salon at Mahim on 8th Oct, 2011 I think. I got a confirmation a day before regarding my appointment. When I reached the salon at the scheduled time for the appointment, to my surprise, I found that the salon was closed. I felt so cheated and did not expect that after giving a double confirmation I could be fooled like this. This offer is handled by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt, Ltd and I have read a few more complaints against them on how they are fooling people.

the kellogs extra muesli nuts delight ...has only dry fruits and rarely any nuts..!! being "nut delight" it should be having only or more of nuts ..!! and also the packaging shows atleast 10-15 whole almonds whereas...not a single whole almond is there inside the packet./!!
