[Resolved]  Kelvinator — Washing machine premature failure of pulsator

I had pre-mature failure of pulsator in my washing machine on 15/05/2017. It is only 4 years old machine. Your technician had inspected on 17/05/2017 and said the spares to be ordered and will be made available in three days time. But even after a week, i find no sign of spares being made available. But the service technician had already collected money for his services of just identifying the parts to be replaced. Earlier i had a similar model of machine of videocone. No mechanical parts failed in that even after 13 years. Only due to failure of electronic board i had thro that machine as videocone was not in a position to supply reliable quality board with guarantee.
Hence kindly look into the quality of the product so that customer becomes the marketing man of your product. Kindly make my machine ready today itself.

I have not got any response for the trailing mail .
further to this I am giving the details as below
No customer id has been given for this complaint of mine . I am at tambaram, chennai ( 600045)and the mobile of person who came for inspection is 8939849436 and i lodged complaint to the mobile no 9841834443 ( Vivek). Also I had contacted one mr Joseph ( who takes care of store for spare parts) with mobile no 9087874901. He told me on 25/05/2017 that he will check and come back to me on 26 /05/2017. But to date he has not at all come back. Even for my repeated calls either he is not picking the call or out of coverage or switched off message only I am getting. Please tell a way out. already 15 days is over. It is like mixie or any other small appliances which one can stand by

I am yet to get the response. from yesterday onwards there were three calls to me . All were asking "when can I come for inspection" ( to get money as post warranty service charge). I have explained the case, they heard and they told that they will discuss with their boss and come back. but so far nobody has come back. Even after 15 days and taking up with Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, this is the state of affair.But so far nobody has come back. Mr JOSEPH MARIA REX is very well aware of this case and he spoke to me last Thursday ie 25/05/2017 committing that he will come back on 26/05/2017. So far he has not come back with the the solution. My attempt to contact him ended with " not lifting call, out of coverage area or switched off" situations.Even I have send an SMS for which also no response. I do not know what is his problem.
