Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — amount rs.1000/- deducted for kvs recruitment application from my a/c but showing rs. 0 paid in kvs confirmation page

My registration no.18237264, i applied for the post of pgt commerce in kvs. Payment rs.1000/- had already debit from my
Account on 6 sept 2018 but when i took printout of the confirmation page, there shown fee applicable rs.0 (Paid) in confirmation page.
I mailed to cbse. [protected]@gmail.com so many times but didn't get any response from their side. I got response from indian bank in which they said that they checked on their behalf & issue can be rectified
With the software team of kvs.
Pls help
