Sir,
Subject: Non receipt of PAN Card sent for correction in Name.

With due regret I wish to lodge complain that I haven't received my PAN Card bearing number AHSPG6452D till date, which was sent to UTI echnologies four years back in 2006 for correction in my name.
The correction needed is in name i.e. from CHITTARANJ GAUTAM TO CHITTARANJAN GAUTAM
Kindly do the necessary correction and send the card at the earliest on the above mentioned addressed.

    PPO No.[protected]/KVS/HQ/ P& I dated September, 2008 in respect of Shri K.B.V.D.P. Sarma payable at State Bank of India, Hyderabad University Campus Branch(Code No. 5916) with SB Account No. [protected]. The Life Certificate and the Undertaking as directed by the Bank Authorities of SBI, HUC has been filled in duly and submitted on 01.12.2008 and repeated on 06.01.2009.

    Hence, the concerned is requested to do the needful at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,
    My father( late Mohan Prasad) was teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya No-1, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand and his PPO No is
    PPO NO-F-18/1799/1698/95/KVS/P&I.
    My Complain is that even after six month have been passed but my fathres pension was not refixed in line with 6th central pay commission . Further you are also requested to kindly check as i have doubt that till date his pension is even not refixed according to the 5th Pay revision of 1996.

    whe any competion is held in home school of any level the students of the home school students always get selected may be they are first or last .
    if any one is first mainly in cultural event we can guess it by the reaction of the the judges & ordiance but if the home school is participating there is no chance of getting first for other schools.

    i know that from 2008 the system is changed but it is only in cluster level but getting selected in regional level they are coming to their own school.

    it was happened in the year 2008 regional level kv barrackpur westbengal
    please take necessery steps so that to get proper talent by competitoin not by politics

    i m annapurna mishra, late shri m.k mishra's wife .i always submitt my life certificate to the bank as i did last year on 2nd of nov. too. but i didn' get my pension yet ... and i have transferred my account from k.v i.t.i naini to santacruz west mumbai last year ...and i had done all the formalities there .i have my account in state bank of india . my pension pay order no. is F.8-261/k.v.s/L.R/P&I...

    plz do something immedietly ...i m waiting for ur reply ..

    I want to complaint about the class teacher of 10 k.V.No.3 jhs. E.Daulat is a teacher of social science she misbehaves with the average students. She is a well teacher but she is proud of her self she doesn't stand in the favour of the average students she beats the student unknowingly not understanding the problem of the students. The biggest problem is that she always give project work to do. She is found of insulting average student.She do the partiality.So I request you to please make her her out of the school.
