I purchased Kent Gold Optima water purified last year and would like to change the filter as it's not working properly. There are some black carbon particles are leaking from the filter. I tried to call the customer care number but they directed me to Manoj Pandey and his contact# [protected] is not working. Tried to fill the online feedback form on their website but after clicking on Submit butten, the page gave the sql error. Would request you to resolve my issue.
