I bought a KENT RO with TDS controller on 26th Mar 2010 from M/s SAKI TECHNOLOGIES Chennai dealer and have since then incurred frequent maintenance expenditure to keep the system working. Only in the last six months the following items were changed 4th July 2013 sediment filter, carbon filter, & service 1150.00 bill 1183 from SAKI TECH 8th July 2013 spun filter 350.00 bill 1187 from SAKI TECH 12th Sep 2013 RO membrane filter 2550.00 bill 1430 from SAKI TECH Today since there is no output I called the technician from SAKI TECH who inspected and said the following need to be replaced Diaphram Pump Rs 1500.00 RO membrane filter Rs 2500.00 Service charges Rs 350.00 Total Rs 4350.00 RO membrane was changed only on 12th Sep 2013, but he says the guarantee is 3 months ! Iam unable to reconcile to the fact that a system costing Rs14, 000, requires Rs8000.00 to be spent in 6-8 months to keep it working especially when we are using corporation water (tds 250)and not bore well. Definitely the quality of spares is suspect and I had the system checked and arranged for replacement of the membrane and sediment filter (both replacable type not KENT) and the pump was not faulty as alleged by kent mechanic. Now the system is working satisfactorily I placed so much faith in their product based on the high profile advertisement in the dailies and this is belied. M Balachandran

yes it is true Kent is spending money only in adv. Not in there service & parts..totally use less..I have spent til date 10, 000 for maintainnance in year almost after purchasing this machine i have spend more than Rs. 28, 000 i dont understand how such compny will survive in the market .

      Our institute has purchased one no. Kent R.O. Water Purifier Elite - II, Cap. upto 50 ltr. Per Hour on dated 23/8/2013, but till date not a single engineer approach us for service for the same. So please send an engineer for service at the earliest. You are requested to respond at the earliest, but till date you have not responding and it is not a proper way to satisfy your esteemed customer. Today we have also contacted your customer care number various time, but it disconnect before any response and also send an SMS but you replied for DEMO.But we have complaint regarding servicing of R.O. Water Purifier. We have about 200 girls trainees and they require pure drinking water for which we have purchased kent R.O. Water purifier.           Hi,
          We bought the Kent Supreme RO product in Dec-13. Since then, this is the sixth service complain that we've logged.
          We were of the opinion that Kent RO systems are t best in India and Kent Supreme is the state of the art system which has been introduced. However we are very dissatisfied with the product and tired of logging the complaint every other day.

          First of all, you mention that the Kent Supreme is a zero water wastage product. However every one hour at least 3 buckets of water is wasted. Upon checking with the engineer we were informed that this is just a marketing strategy and the water will be in any case wasted.
          Secondly, every couple of days. The product dies down and does not provide water.
          This is the 5th time a part has been replaced.

          This is utter nonsense, the service is provided only until the warranty period. I'm sure this RO would be a complete waste after the warranty period even though it still is.

          I would like to place a request for the product return and refund of money. It's better to buy another company's product, which works well enough. This is something we know from experience.
          Please consider the same and treat this as urgent.

          No step has been taken to resolve my complaint. My complaint was just answered with a phone call and with a call back assurance, which I'm still waiting for. I've written emails to the management and also have been logging in a complaint due to faulty product. I believe this can be verified from the company records.Management doesn't seem to be concerned. It's been a pathetic experience and this product is a waste. Almost all parts have been changed by the company, still in the warranty period.           Dear All,
          This is to bring to your notice that I'm still facing major technical issues with the Kent RO System.
          Every week I have to log in a complaitn for the non-fuction of Kent RO as stated before. The technical expert comes in and changes a part everytime, which costs nearly 1/3RD of the actual cost of this RO. Till now, this is covered under the warranty program, however I'm afraid this warranty would complete soon and I would be facing a big expense issue along with the inconvenience and agony to log in a complaint and manage without purified water till that time. It's been more than six months and nobody seems to have been concerned about this issue, almost all parts have been changed of this RO.

          I'm really dis-satisfied with how this company operates. I would request you to please replace this product or refund the money. Else I do not have any option but to file a plea in the consumer court.

            I have bought Kent Pearl in December 2013 and facing problem of leakage in January it stopped automatically, when executive came he says don't fill water above a certain level. We follow the same but in 12th February water started leaking from all sides we just helpless. I filed complaint on 13th February but still past week we didn't get any response and we have to buy water from store. Very Bad service we want replacement...

This device has never worked since installed and I have been just waisting my valuable time in cordinating and calling Kent. The RO should be completely repalced with a brand new one. I do not expect this kind of new unit as faulty unit from Kent and on top of it such a bad experience. This is now the matter of Kent RO Brand itself.               Even After so many visits and false promises, problem remains same. Many parts replaced and so many visits took place over last 2-3 months but problem is same.

              This machine has to be replaced with new one without any further delay. Machine haven't delivered a single glass of drinkable water since day one it is installed.
              It looks like Kent is testing the customer tolerance.

              Have waited for few months now and now have run out of patience. I can't waist my time anymore.

              I look forward for your quick action towards replacement of the machine with new one.

              I was told by the Kent executive that the approval for machine replacement is already in place and machine will be replaced within few days. I have been asked to keep waiting again since 15th of March and was told that they are all busy in month-end/Quarter closing etc and will have to wait. I was promised that Machine will be replaced max by 2nd or 3rd of April. Still no one have shown up nor the executive is responding to calls now and no call back.

              It looks like Kent is not concerned about the customer at all. This is the worst experience I ever had dealing with any company who is not really concerned about the customer at all. Highly unprofessional and unethical executives dealing with the customer who are making false commitments one after another and no dedication towards customer.

              The machine sold to the customer and story finished...No after sales service... Dead on arrival machine at my place since last few months. Not having drinking water from the machine and forced to buy water bottles from the market from last few months.

              I Regretting my decision of Buying KENT RO...

              Kent RO Leaking

              I purchased Kent RO 3 months back, suddenly it started leaking from the filtering unit(top). I raised complaint and following with them but no one attended. I just seen so many of them like me complained here, new seekers Please do not buy this low quality product.

                Hi, I bought Kent Pride RO yesterday and first of all the claims made by the vendor(Life Mantra) were wrong like we can adjust TDS etc. After the sale was done he said he's not a technician and secondly I had to pay ₹1600 for the installation. Is the price justified? Really feeling cheated and bad. My friend recommended HUL RO because of their superior services but it was my bad to decide against him.                     Hi!, I stay in ATS Village, 1683, Sec 93A, Noida-201304. We have been using KENT RO for the last 5 years and have taken a AMC also from them. I am really sorry to say that these guys are really harassing customer My RO was not working and i complained of 21st Jan 2014, the engineer came the same day checked and said that one part of the Machine not working replaced and went. He told my mother to drain all the water and after that it would work fine. My Mother did all and when i came home she said the water was still very bad. On 22nd Jan 2014, i tried calling them but dint get through there number and finally on 23rd Jan 2013, i got through and registered the complain again. The engineer came and said the Filter and the membrane has to be replaced as the same have gone bad. Since our Membrane was in warranty we asked them to replace the same. They checked in there systems and said that our membrane warrant expired on 21st Jan 2014 and we have to pay the money in full. I am really aghast by the behavior of the Kent service people and they are taking all o[censored]s for a ride, The engineer very well knew that there was a issue with the membrane and he dint say anything on the 21st Jan 2014 as that day, he had to change the membrane free of cost. I spoke to the Area manager, he said he cannot do anything and we have to speak with the call centre. The call centre gave me a number of Mr. S S Chauhan and he seems to be very busy, not picking up our calls. I do not know who to complain. The Kent guys are really taking us for a ride. I need someone to help me out to reach to Mr. Mahesh Gupta and to tell him what wrong practices people are following in his company and want my Membrane to be replaced.

                      I have your smart gold purifire product which is i purchased in 25/09/2013. No one is coming for service from my choice electronics ulhasnagar. i have alredy called them to service.i have contact them from 1 month but there in no positive response is coming from them. please kindle take action on them othervice i am going to take legal action on them.

                        I have purchased Kent RO purifier on 4th Sept, 2013 and from that time onwards I am facing some or the other problem with Kent RO purifier. Even I was charged Rs 1000 for the replacement of electric choke as the agency told that there is no warranty for electrical parts after 03 months. It is requested to look into the matter and Kent should replace my Kent RO purifier with a new one as the product is defective. This is basically cheating on customers and also harassing the customers. I will never recommend anyone to buy to Kent. Regards Pallavi mobile no [protected]

                          I have brought Kent Ro from 6 months back. The Kent RO was working without any issue for the first month only after that issue started with the machine. Service Engineer came to our home and informed that membrane issue first time after 1 week he replaced the membrane. Next month itself again membrane issue happened and again SE said that sensor and replaced. The most recent issue again the kind RO is not working on Jan 3rd. SE said again membrane and they will replace the same. As of now member is not replaced and Kent RO is not working. We have Bala from Kent, who Service Delivery manger for Chennai. He assured that today the membrane will be replaced. I tried to reach but is not answering the calls. Contact:[protected]. AMC: Aqua water solutions.                             I had ordered a Kent pearl machine online & it has to be shipped to Chaibasa which is 55-60 km from Jamshedpur. While ordering it, kent was not having any condition for installation charges, but after ordering it kent has forced me to pay installation charges of worth 400 to 800, their executive & sales manager are not bothered about customer. Because it's a remote location & I had already paid 16, 900, I was having no option rather than paying them the charges, but it's totally not professional. I want it to be addressed.                               I had purchased a Kent RO Pearl Model on[protected]. But it is not working satisfactorily since the[protected]. Problem with it is that when the tank full, machine is stopped, after that when we take water from it the machine is not ON. Repeated complaints to Kent RO Service center Mohali but useless. Service engineer visited two times. First time he told that it sensor will be changed but not change the same. Second time he said that the RO was not properly installed. He again re installed the RO but the problem still persist. It seems that your Service Engineers have no knowledge.Please get it repaired immediately. My machine serial no. KR[protected].                               We have purchased 4 Kent Mineral RO Water purifiers for our company, ECDS at Cochin Special Economic Zone. These water purifiers are faulty in a time gap of one month. We had discussed with their team initially and were asked to switch over to Mineral RO water purifiers. Now, we are using only 60% of the capacity recommended and the equipments are becoming faulty at an interval of a month. We had added extra water purifiers before the water goes for purification with KENT but the situation has not changed much. We call up the Service Personnel who comes after 3-4 Days and for spares we have to wait for 10 Days. We are Totally dissatisfied with the product and services. This has taken a bad hit on us as we are answerable to the employees who are solely depending on this for drinking water after investing for higher end models.

                                Sir I have complaint from my mobile to the local service provider in Tatanagar (Jamshedpur) Jharkhand about 10-15 days back. My kent RO which I brought from New Delhi 02 years before. Now it is not functioning well. Local service provider sent its engineer to my address for servicing, but the RO is still not working. Then I complaint to the service provider again on phone. They answered me very rudely ("MADAM AAP APNE RO KI SERVICING KE LIYE DILLI SE HI ENGINEER BULA LIJIYE, HUM YAHAN SE KISI KI NAHIN BHEJENGE" ) Madam you call to Delhi and demand for the Engineer, we will not sent any engineer from us. We were not expecting this type of statement from a reputed RO company. I will my complaint will be taken seriously, and I will get the service at the earliest.

                                  This is regarding complaint lodge against Kent services taken twice in regard to the technical fault in KENT RO operating system in Rohini, Sector -16, New Delhi. Following complaints were made for your consideration 1) Complaint No. DIDT89620 - D13283819 Date : 15-Nov-2013 Employment Code No. : 9247 Name of the Employee : Mr. Bhupinder Singh 2) Complaint No. DIDT89620 - D13307250 Date : 05-Dec-2013 Employment Code No. : 9131 Name of the Employee : Mr. Omkar Singh None of the services provided above have found to be on the satisfactory part. Choke and tubes have been replaced unnecessarily. Our Kent filter is still in the non - functioning mode. Engineers sent across so far have shown irresponsible response towards customer satisfaction and have wasted our money as well as time which on the other part is not acceptable. They are not able to detect the exact fault in the purifier. Till date we have spent Rs. 2000/- on to the Kent service and still we are facing the same problem. I am really disappointed with your service.

                                    Dear Team, I have purchased Kent Grang+Mireral RO model 1041 dated 14/08/2013. Till the date of purchasing this system was stop working three times, for the first time adopter was burned and replaced by the dealer, second time there was some technical issue and also got resolved but third time the system is stopped working completely as there is only three months passed, Kent dealer send his mechanic to resolved the same. Mechanic is telling there is choke problem ans was unable to start the system. I feel robbed then I told the dealer to replace the same but he refuse to do the same but told if the Kent company is ready then he can replace.
