Hi, This is regarding the Complaint No is[protected].
This has been going on for months now that problem hasn't been resolved on the New Kent RO Machine.
Request to please refer to below Mail trial which I have been communicating to Kent but not seen any professional approach towards the resolution of the issue.

Two Kent Executivesvisisted again on 8th Feb Saturday and replaced the filters and Membrane etc.
Kept the unit underobservation since Saturday but still machine is not delivering clean water evenafter 10-15 times water replacement and refill of the tank in thehope of clean water.
Now enough is enough, myhouse is not the R&amp;D Ceter of Kent, Now it's time to act and replace themachine with a new one as the machine has never worked since day one and youguys have been just waiting time.
Request to act ASAP.

Two of the Kent Servicereprsentatives visted my place again and again checked the water flow and waterparameter.
They again found thatwater from Kent RO is not clean.
This time also KentExecutive came without any spare. Every time new person visits and do the samesettings on the R.O and accept that water is not clean from RO.
The executives vistedlast Saturday "One Week back" and promissed that they will be comingnext day with spares and also a spare RO as a replacement if problem is notresolved with spares.
The R.O was disconectedand still lying out waiting for KENT Executives.
I don't understand atall what kind of process and professionalim followed by KENT.
I can't offored to waitand any more visits from Kent for the same thing. It is just getting waist ofmy time.
Please don't force me totake some uncomfortable decision.
I have been waiting fornow months to get the issue resolved without seeing any professionalism fromKent.
Please arrange thereplacement of the Unit with New one without any further delay to avoid Damageto the Kent Brand Image.

I have been waited for quite long now.
Problem is still not resolved after so many calls and followup.
I would urge to get the issue resolved at utmost priority to maintane your brand image.
Customer by Kent Ro for pure drinking water not to add a junk box in the kitchen.

Hi,
This is regarding the Kent RO water purifier product(Kent Excell+ Mineral RO)
Serial No: KR[protected]
This RO was recently installed on Nov 2013 but it is still not providing clean water
even after multiple visits of the Kent repersentatives.
Every time executive comes and set some settings and says within two days you should be getting clean water.
This time last week carbon filter was changed and was expecting to have the clean water.
We have been throwing away the water in the hope that clean water will be delivered by Kent RO from so many days and weeks.
I have lost my patience and all hope for clean water from this this piece of box.
I spent 16000 RS. on Kent RO for pure water not for spoil my happiness, I am totally fed up with the Kent RO Box.
In last two months Even after so many visits and waiting in the hope of pure clean water I would urge to get the unit replaced ASAP.
(Please no more settings and part replacements).
This device has never worked since installed and I have been just waisting my valuable time in cordinating and calling Kent.
The RO should be completely repalced with a brand new one.
I do not expect this kind of new unit as faulty unit from Kent and on top of it such a bad experience.
This is now the matter of Kent RO Brand itself. Hope to see the new replacement unit before the weekend.
