Dear sir/ madam It is intimated that none of the technicians are attending to rectify the complaints lodged by them with in 24 hours. After repeated calls they are attending after 72 hours and it is also submitted that they are not addressing all the complaints on the same day of visit. Therefore i request your good self to advice/direct your authorised dealers/ technicians to rectify the defects with in 24 hours Thanking you P.
