[Resolved] Kent RO — amc in place but money demanded | |||
Team, I am writing this mail against the money being asked to me to pay to the dealer against the filter change within amc period. I have "kent ro grand +" machine installed at my home with serial no kr[protected]... Amc for this machine was done in 03/september 2016 by m/s aquaair systems pvt ltd lucknow and filter was changed on 16 september. Since then no parts of the machine has been changed in this period of last 10 months. Now again the alarm for filter change has been blowing since last 10 days for which i have complained to the concerned dealer, after three complaints on ph no [protected].. A technician came to my house yesterday i. E on 31 july 2017 and demanded rs 3500/- for filter change for machine which is within amc period. My complaint is 1. When the amc is on with 30 days left why do i need to give money again 2. How the filter got damaged in 9 months... It means duplicate filter was installed in my machine on 16th september 2016 3. Branch manager mr srivastava of m/s aqua air lucknow asked money to change filter We as customer have installed kent ro machine at our home and we do amc with kent ro brand only irrespective of the fact that your authorised dealer looks after it. Your authorised dealer never discloses hidden terms and condition of amc and keeps on lingering to attend complaint so as to avoind amc service, they are misselling services and doing money laundering on kent ro name I request kent ro officilas to look after the complaint/matter and resolve it else u will compell me to take another step to involve media into it.
