Very disappointed with the service and behaviour of the representative. Really disheartened with the product as well. Its been just 8 months we purchased a new RO and how to call the service people around 10-20 times so far.
We beleive the product itself was faulty or we were sold a defected piece. Never will refer anyone to buy this product.

    Hi,

    I lodge a service request for my kent water purifier (Kent grand + mro kr[protected] problem to kent customer care on 6th august 2017 they book the complain and provide me a request number[protected]. Request was assigned to mr. Basudeb (Phn-[protected]) and was told it will be addressed within 48 hours. The person never bothered to call me and instead of my repeated calling another person name santu ([protected]) reach my place after 72 hours. He told me to do a amc of rs. 6136/- to replace the faulty parts which i did and wait again for 72 hours to get parts installed and issue rectified on 12th august 2017.

    Amc was provided by the company axis consumer services pvt. Ltd (Tin no - [protected]) assuming that mr. Bausdeb and santu are from that organisation. From 15th august 2017 i faced a new problem in my water purifier of water overflow. I called both mr. Basudeb & santu for last two days but no body respond. I need my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

      We have logged request for four times but no service is performed till now.
      This is the fifth time we are logging request.
      If this is also not served then we want to log a request to return this product or sell it.

        Dear Sir,
        I had taken 5 years comprehensive AMC valid upto 2012 for my Kent RO. I have called customer care of Kent RO on 6.08.2017 regarding non functioning of my RO. The executive who had come, merely cleaned filter of RO & when asked to check TDS level he simply declined due to non availability of TDS METER. He promised to get that the next day but in vain. On 08.08.2017 I again called customer care as the quality of water again deteriorated. consequently on 09.08.2017 executive same to my place &declared everything to be ok.however on requesting to check TDS level nothing was not due to non availability of TDS meter.nobody came thereafter.To my surprise when I called customer care I was told that membrane need to replaced however the guy who had come on 09.08.17 didn't inform me at that time. I requested customer care executive to provide me higher official to enable me to escalate the matter.she provide me MrSrivastava no, branch manager. When I called him on [protected] on 12.08.17 he promised to get my complaint resolved on the same day. To my dismay I again had to call him on 14.08.17 since nothing was done till then. He again assured me that problem would be fixed & he would call me back in few minutes. To my disappointment I didn't get any call back & my problem remains unresolved. Infact I have been harassed giving me false assurance. You are requested to kindly take up the matter seriously & arrange to resolve at the earliest otherwise I will forced to take the matter with customer grievance cell.

          Done amc with kent authorized service franchisee - axis consumer services pvt. Ltd (Tin no - [protected]) in april, 2007. It was a bad experience to get service from them... Hence i would request all not to go with kent as you will not get post sales service.

          I have lodged a complaint (Comp no.[protected] on 9th aug morning as the purifier was not working.. Following them up for 5-6 times, yet to get any response. No idea when the mechanic will visit in order to repair.

          Horrible experience on post sales service of kent ro products. Kent should monitor the customer complaint... Else lost the customer base.

          Very poor service of kent. Every 2-3 months kent ro not work. After calling to custmer care. Technician come & change the filter & other accessories and charge heavy amount upto 2000. Very wrost service of kent.

            Hi, i am using your kent ro grand plus from last 8 years, and getting the service done from authorised service centre only, but now the local service centre hardik agencies has stated troubling us and denying to give the service, last week we registered a complaint for service in which they said that our pump is not working and it should be replaced, they quoted the price of the pump as 2190 @7% discount, i asked them one day time to think over it to which they said, we will not replace at this rate if you don't get this replaced now, and today i am asking hardik agencies to replace the pump, which they are denying. Is this the way to work as authorised service centre. Also they offered me pump @1200 if i buy the amc of inr 5200 for one year, i am wondering if this is a authorised service centre or local vendor because mr sonu sharma is not operating professionally and dont have any idea of customer dealing.
            I kindly request you to kindly look into my request.

              I have been using kent for some time nw... it worked well for initial one year... after that, the system has started malfunctioning... at times, the filter become non ops, else the motor gets burnt... the RO reps have visited my house for 7 times in the past four months but the issue still persists... it has stopped working again... and the best part is when the rep says that the water line has to be adjusted for better pressure.. but the question is that the same system was working fine for past one year with the same water line and pressure... and each time the rep visit, a sum of 500-600 is charged for some or the other part being replaced... totally dissatisfied with the system... request the issue be resolved at the earliest...

                I bought my kent ro pristine during jun 2016. It was working to satisfaction till about a year. No sooner, one year completed, i started facing chain of issues with the product.
                First complaint was made during end of may 2017, when the system was getting heated up and no filtered water passing. The technical represantive came changed the filters and fixed it and charged rs 3500.
                Second issue faced was immediately after a month on june 2017. We faced same issue as above, but this time cost was lower rs 350.
                Third issue was faced during july 2017, when the reject outlet pipe was not passing the rejected water. Also the filtered water was stinking. Technician who came this time changed the outlet pipe, charged rs 1500 and the issue was fixed at that point. He also advised us to take amc by paying rs 6500 for a year. As per technican, this is a issue faced by most of the customers and only wayout was to take amc.
                Now, not not even a month has gone by and we are again facing problem with kent ro, now water is not getting filtered out. I tried to login complaint at their service desk, but the call gets disconnected.
                It is very clear that the product is of sub standard type and i did a mistake buying the product.
                This seems to be a means of looting money from public by first giving us a inferiro product and then again making money through amc

                  I am using Kent Excel model and now throwing it out in garbage. Bought it approx 2 years ago for 17 18 k.

                  Have spent more than 10K in these 2 years and still it is unusable.

                  There engineers don't show up easily and when they do not able to fix it. Following up with them is hell of a task as they don't care

                    After the last part change on 20th july, again within 15 days, the kent ro has stopped working, the kent guy came and asked me to change the pump which would cost me rs.2700/-. That guy is saying this is not only happening with you but all people. Nothing new.

                    So what is happening here? I am now dead sure, kent is making us people to buy such low quality products at a very high price and then looting again by maintenance of the products. Within 1 year of buying the product, i have been forced to change all parts of the kent ro and almost spent around 10000 rs on it for a product of 21000 rs.

                    I want kent to refund the full purchase amount.

                    It seems to me there is no other way. But i am forced to other action and will go to the consumer case and file a case against this.

                      I am looking to purchase a full amc (Annual maintenance contract) for my kent ro grand plus water purifier. The manufacturing warranty has expired recently on 4/07/2017.

                      When i raised the service request for the amc, they said they don't provide any amc, and information will be provided by the local kent service providers and gave the request number [protected].

                      When i contacted the local kent service provider, the amc charges mentioned by the technician is rs.6500 with only one time replacement of filters and membrane which i think is very costly and unreasonable as tds level at my residence is not so bad and doesn't require much maintenance.

                      Why don't kent provide the fair details of amc charges centrally /univesally instead of diverting to the local service providers?

                      Very poor service by kent, they don't even care at responding to the customer's queries

                        Today one more technician visited to see my sick ro ace and tried replacing the faulty pump. Soon after replacing the pump he declared that in fact that the ro membrane has ruptured causing back pressure to damage the pump. Now he proposes to change membrane and water pump both. My question is how can so many problems crop up in a year old product despite regular service and maintenance? It is quite evident that either quality of the product is inferior or sabotage is being caused by the maintenance crew. This is shear fraud. You want your customers to spend 50% of the overall cost of the product within three months after completing an year?

                        I request you to take appropriate steps and provide us justice or please tell us where exactly to discard this piece of joke.

                          We are really very much depressed with the kent product as it does not keep water clean rather it starts forming green algae at the water outlet as well as at the base of tank. We have to clean tank after 10 days regularly for health perspective. We do not know about the problem and when we checked with service representative he also seemed to be clueless.

                          We bought this product with the hope that we will be benefitted with this but it has become a problem to us.

                            The customer service in pune of precision home appliances is hopeless. The representative mr jalinder shelke came to repair the leaking purifier yesterday. Did a shoddy job changed the filter and kept purifier leaking. He of course collected payment of rs 3600/-. I went back to the representative immediately. He said cant come now and will come tomorrow. He did not turn up. Now dealer says we cant do anything. Now i cant use water purifier. Please help.

                              I am writing this mail against the money being asked to me to pay to the dealer against the filter change within amc period.

                              I have "kent ro grand +" machine installed at my home with serial no kr[protected]... Amc for this machine was done in 03/september 2016 by m/s aquaair systems pvt ltd lucknow and filter was changed on 16 september. Since then no parts of the machine has been changed in this period...

                              Hello,

                              We purchased kent ro a few years back. After first year was over, i faced repetitive problems with ro membrane. This year i got it serviced on 12th apr while paying 4400 inclusive of ro membrane. It broke within 2 days & i was told that i've to pay for it again. Kent replaced it on 17th apr. It again broke 3 days back, i. E. 30-jul-17, 3 & half months after last replacement. Now, i have paid 2500 again. They say that they give a guarantee of 3 months only & that it can break again. I paid twice for the ro membrance last year as well.

                              This is absolutely disappointing & disheartening. Wonder why we invest in a brand like kent. We had pretty good experience with a local unbranded ro which worked wonderfully for 10-12 years.

                              Instead of paying 10-12k every year, why don't we purchase a new kemt ro every year.

                              No buyer should purchase kent product ever.

                                I have purchased kent ro last year feb-16. During 1 year free warranty there was no issue. After that one person came to us to check filter and said prefilter cartridge needs to replace. But he open purification chamber also. After 15 days water started overflowing. We ask star marketing (Authorised servicing for kent) anather fellow came from star marketing and ask us to replace 3 filters. After that before 2 week it started beeping. Again we contacted star marketing. Anather fellow came and ask to change ballast/choke. Interesting part is on cover of ballast not for sale is written but he charged us 950+300rs.
                                I am really fed up with kent ro. I spent 14-15 k for purchasing and after warranty anather 10k rs. It's really rediculous that such a costly and branded things has such issues.

                                  Dear kent,

                                  I maj parmil yadav bought kent ace mineral ro water purifier on 8.3.2016 from jaswant electronics, rama mandi jalandhar. At the time of purchase the product was described as superb by the sales representative. The product was installed by sigma care centre jalandhar. Following are the details of cost it has incurred to me so far:-
                                  1. Outer cover sold by the technician = rs 250.
                                  2. Replaced sedimentation filter and activated carbon filter during warranty period = rs 1000.
                                  3. Technician insisted on installing pre filter =rs 850
                                  4. Replace ballast for rs 1250 in the month of may 17 with service charge of rs 300.
                                  5. Routine service for rs 300 in the month of july 17.

                                  After all this my ro has again stopped working on 24th july 2017 and technician from sigma care centre is asking for rs 2400 more for replacement of pump.

                                  Do you think i should be investing rs 6350 on a product which is barely an year old? Are all your products fraud? Or is it sigma care center taking me for a ride?. How can you do this with army personnel who all are defending your country. Is all your money being spent on hiring hema malini? This is ridiculous.

                                  If you people have faintest speck of responsibility, please address the issue or take back your lousy product.

                                  Today one more technician visited to see my sick RO ace and tried replacing the faulty pump. Soon after replacing the pump he declared that in fact that the RO membrane has ruptured causing back pressure to damage the pump. Now he proposes to change membrane and water pump both. My question is how can so many problems crop up in a year old product despite regular service and maintenance? It is quite evident that either quality of the product is inferior or sabotage is being caused by the maintenance crew. This is shear fraud. You want your customers to spend 50% of the overall cost of the product within three months after completing an year?

                                  I request you to take appropriate steps and provide us justice or please tell us where exactly to discard this piece of joke.

                                    I will provide a short and detail review on kent product. My recommendation is to do detail study on quality of water available in your area and product capability. I failed to do that and sale person took advantage of that and sold me a wrong product.
                                    My area tds fluctuates from 800 to 1300.
                                    I brought kent pearl (Rs.16000) 3.5 years back knowing kent is good brand and sales man form orange impex, pune insured it is best product...

                                    Respect sir,

                                    I have purchase one ro water purifier machine from kent through online snap deal on jan 2017
                                    May purchase invoice copy is attached for your reference
                                    I have lodged complain through phone no. [protected] from register mobile no. [protected]
                                    And various dated docate no. Is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] after that
                                    Only one time one service engineer attended at 21/38, g. C. Bose sarani, konnagar, hooghly. Pin - 712235
                                    And he said that he/we can't give warranty support without warrant card certificate having authorized signature with stamp by installer company/agency.
                                    When i purchase my machine from snapdeal, snapdeal service provided i. E datanet enperise, bandel, west bengal was installed my machine.

                                    Every time/moment when i register my complain over phone then your service provider agency (Him matore hooghly, mobile no.[protected] -) ring us and said your machine is ok we can't give support or repair your machine if required any time because on online purchase machine and misbehave with my wife (Miss nabanita lodh. Mobile no. [protected]) and said dont lodged complain for this machine. Warrant service given by instalation agency only.

                                    Now, my request to you kindly change service provider and send one authorized kent service boy for periodical maintenance because
                                    Water test have been changed and tds is found high. If required i can provide machine serial number

                                    Note : i have another kent ro machine which was expired warranty at 57/7, b. K. Street, prayag appartment, uttarpara, pin 712258 and register mobile no. [protected].
