Purchased Kent atta bread maker. The jar blade got stuck and wont move. gave to service center but they damaged the jar and didnt make it work. asked for jar but the guy named verma here in raipur is very rude and unprofessional. he neither picks phone nor contacts back. very bad experience with this product.if you cant provide the spares then what is the point of selling products. its been more than 2.5months bearing with your terrible service. provide me with new jar from your end or give place or shop where i can purchase it in Raipur Chhattisgarh. i stopped recommending this product to my relatives and ask them not to buy any kent products as it is very unreliable company with bad service and support.
