Have raised request for my Kent Pride RO since water wasn't coming properly. Since water is essential for daily needs, I have requested priority service to the customer support over call. Kent Priority Customer care representative told me that he has sent priority mail to assigned Service center and assured me that my issue will be resolved by evening. I called technician all day, he was just saying I'm coming but never came. I waited till evening then I called technician, he said he's on leave and won't come. I said is it a joke? You guys kept me waiting whole day saying I will come and now you are saying you are on leave. I called Ashmi Enterprises Patna, and asked the status, the owner or the call person said that "yes they have assigned him only knowingly he's on leave coz he stays near by my house.l, so whweno he will get time he will visit my place as per his convenience". I mean what sort of service is this? First you are assigning someone who's on leave. Secondly you have no decency and professionalism to talk. When I requested them to send another guy who's in shift, then they denied and said "why to send someone else, you need to wait, We are note sending anyone else". I have shared details with nodal officers too but haven't got any reply so far. After sales service of Kent is frustrating and ridiculous. They don't train their staff and service center.
